
Rumah saya dahulu nya mempunyai talian tetap akan tetapi pasal suma orang kat rumah dah guna telefon, maka that fix line has been terminated.
Soalan saya di sini:
1. Apabila saya hendak mendaftar, adakah saya perlu membuat apa-apa bayaran pada waktu itu di:
a) TMpoint
b) Streamyx Agent
2. Mengikut apa yang dikatakan dalam iklan tersebut, bill fix line akan di integrate dengan bill streamyx. Jadi, saya mendapat satu bill sahaja. Benarkah?
3. Pada pemasangan oleh kontaktor, adakah saya perlu membayar RM30 or RM50 kerana saya dahulunya ada line telephone tetapi sudah diterminate.
4. Apabila pemasangan bagi talian baru dilakukan, setiap meter tambahan daripada 5 meter yang diperuntukkan akan di charge RM5. Jadi, adakah jarak tersebut mengambil kira jarak tiang telefon di luar rumah ke kediaman saya?
5. Untuk bil bulan pertama, kedua dan ketiga, berapakah saya harus bayar?
6. Berapa lama masa yang biasanya diperuntukkan daripada tarikh kita mendaftar ke tempoh mendapat talian telefon baru dan streamyx sekali?
Maaf daripada saya sekiranya banyak persoalan di sini.
Added on June 29, 2011, 5:15 pm1) I just went to TMpoint to ask about my previous terminated line and also asking about to subscribe TM Fixed Line + Streamyx BB 1.0 Mbps
2) My previous number have outstanding amount of RM42.80 and i need to settle the payment first before asking for a new line along with Streamyx BB 1.0 Mbps.
3) I paid the outstanding amount and this Friday I'll go back again to TMpoint to register the new phone line along with Streamyx BB 1.0 Mbps.
4) Just to make sure that i can have both fixed line + streamyx being install in a week, i'll perhaps say "next two weeks i need to go to K.L. Could you please put this as "Urgent Application" and put it right on front of the application?". hehehe
