hmmm I also got a phone call from Telekom Rep. I upgrade from 1Mbps to 2Mbps with all the free thing plus 2 more gift RM100 BSN Sijil Simpanan Premium and free 100 song download every month for 1 year from a website...

yep u can change it... if u are upgrading they have no problem.... but if u terminated then u got problem

How many LAN port for the modem(with WIFI) that comes with the BB deal?
At home got one desktop needs wired port connection. |

I remembered seeing the installer's worksheet for my home stating to give innacomm modem.guess i was lucky after all.
Maybe users able to ask the installer for dlink modem before they actually do the house visit? |

Anyone knows a good agent/reseller for Streamyx since I hear it's better than going through TM itself... Got landline, confirmed wanting the BB deal. Please introduce only good/responsible agent thanks. |

Coz due to TM's stupidity I applied for 1Mbps and then upgrade to 4Mbps like 2 days after my 1Mbps got installed. Next day installer came and give another modem. I got two of this modem now. I thought it's the standard modem that TM gives.Maybe users able to ask the installer for dlink modem before they actually do the house visit? |

just got a call, offering me the 4mb rm140/month package..
currently, im paying rm88 (it shud be 1mb but my speed is 2mb, weird) + rm26 = >rm114 (not including phone calls) offer made.. 4mb speed, free wifi modem, free 1 dect phone + 1 extra for loyal customer  + free fixed line calls + etc = rm140/month (including the monthly rm26)... + BSN Sijil Simpanan Premium (rm100 if im not mistaken) + free 100 songs download per month for 1 year from a local site (after password provided by them via email)roughly rm26 difference, but jumping from 2mb to 4mb with lots of free stuffs..
