Is this modem really rare or something? Coz due to TM's stupidity I applied for 1Mbps and then upgrade to 4Mbps like 2 days after my 1Mbps got installed. Next day installer came and give another modem. I got two of this modem now. I thought it's the standard modem that TM gives.

Same as me. I called them last week asking about it, said they will follow up and obviously, nothing. Till now still havent received my phone yet.

Just got a call from them. Apparently they were low on stocks for the DECT phone. They will send out for those who register before 31 July in stages until 15 Sept. If register after that, pickup yourself at TMPoint after 15 Sept.
