Installer coming to day. So excited. 4Mbps so more....wohooo!

Good afternoon guys, need some advice here, I have applied TMnet 4MB Blockbuster upgrade from 1MB and the installer came over yesterday, he has activate my 4MB package but till now I still receive 1MB.

I just give him a call to complaint and he mentioned to me he will follow up but no promise on time... (and the 4MB has already activate which meant they are charging me RM140 per month), is there anything I can do?

Streamyx-In-A-Box, yes sure can but it's normal package rm88 + rm26

He just simply bluff u only because he wanna save the modem courier charge (Most probably). Actualy there is SIB option for blockbuster package too.

I just found that for 4mb package, the upload speed is only 512k thus I give up for this upgrade.

only unifi able to give 5-20mbps upload speed.

Just finish Installation for 2Mbps... get 3mbps hehehehe so far so good

my sis only able to use up to 2mbps eventhru the streamyx capped at 4mbps... around 250-300kb/s

upgrade to 2mb monday..but never contacted me yet..so slow

I waited for more than 3 months already, still no sign of the dect phone.
Went to TM Point every month to complain.
Called 100 every 2 weeks to complain.
Still no sign of the dect phone.

You better call 100, and ask them whether the request to change your line to the blockbuster plan has been made. Sometimes TM point messed up your application.
