My first claim under EWP, extended warantty program after 2years++ icon_idea.gif ..except parts ordering process is abit long(1month or depends on parts availability), still worth it i can said.

To entitled for warantty and EWP(if applicable)
a) no modification made nod.gif
b) must service at authorised PESC
c) cannot skip routine service interval

Use automotive adhesive double side tape smile.gif , guarantee it last for years..after washes and heavy rainfall, still intact.

When i receive my car, already remove out the front number plate and use my own high quality automotive doubleside tape..

the tensioner bearing is actually for timing belt. some said also it functioned as a dampener for the timing belt. it's located at the center of our persona engine belt. maybe other taiko can explain better on this.

the SC i've changed located at semenyih. quite good la for me compared to others which I've surveyed nearby this area of kajang/bangi, but still need to wait for 2 weeks..lol sweat.gif

Yes, it will void the wiring waranty thingy only...
Ok, let's give an example. In case the accesories shop technician did something wrong and went into Fire..Yes, Fire! Upon inspection..it's not Proton problem. Go and ask insurance company then...

NO NEED LA BRO... THEY HAVE TO CUT ALL WIRES TO INSTALL THE NEW HU.. THE SOCKET WILL NOT BE SAME AS THE STOCK HU. JUST WAIT LA. YOU WILL GOT PROBLEM WHEN YOU WANT TO INSTALL BACK THE STOCK HU

If u change to aftermarket rims..then parts related to wheel. Bearing, arms, drive shart, balljoints, steering rack bla bla..of course void lor.

Yes, i been informed earlier, it will release on 14, but it was postpone. So no choice, have to wait.

the showroom (5 minutes drive from my house) had this face lifted version since beginning of March. It was removed from the showroom to prevent ppl coming and checking it out way before launching date.

and the owner of the showroom apparently lives 4 houses away from me and they park the face lift model there too. Kinda nice... looking at its butt. hahaha

it's must be the idling rpm speed. it should be around 800 rpm during engine idling..
900 rpm will feel slight shake..

go to SC for them to tune ur idle rpm speed biggrin.gif

Hey guys, is the new persona really coming with a new 32bit ecu ar? Cos my friend is a SA of proton told me that nothing has been informed to them regarding the new 32bit ecu. He gave me see the information pass to him by the boss and nothing has been stated regarding a new ecu leh...Can anyone confirm this?

If not mistaken, SE no longer in production. If u intent to get SE, that might be year 2009, and u register year 2010, consider 2nd hand car already. If u dont mind, you may get the discount from ur sales agent, at least 4-5k, only that worth.

hmm.gif Wonder if the IAFM is part of the Engine Components with carries 5 years warranty or
the normal 2 years warranty??
