I heard that Persona integrated with new technology which is IAFM. My question, is all the Persona has such? Or only apply for Persona SE?

Any feedback? I went to Proton show room this evening, the agent told me, all Persona are integrated with IAFM, I doubt about that. Anyone can clarify?

you must be new to Proton  biggrin.gif

Yes all new circa 2008 and above Proton model that comes with Campro is IAFM or CPS equipped.

For Persona all is IAFM integrated.

Yes, I'm new to Proton. I plan to get a Persona. Is Persona only equip with IAFM, is there CPS for Persona?

What is the different with the current ECU? As u guys mentioned, new Persona equipped witj 32bits ECU, so what is the exisiting Persona using?

Added on March 3, 2010, 8:03 pmThe current Persona is using 16 bits ECU which branded Siemens. With the new 32 bits ECU, deliver faster & smoother when transfering data/byte from sensor to ECU/ from ECU to sensor. In other word, it give the car better/faster/smoother response.

i think it is worth to install the pivot raizin blue. what mention about the benefit is quite true. i myself had install the pivot raizin blue in my old citroen. it really does help. but on the other hand, i don't think you need to install it into a new car. coz what my car mechanic guy said, don't waste money to install pivot on new cars, bcos car is still new and new wire should be enough to supply electricity for the car.

i check the price with my SA yesterday, he said should be around that price.
and also asked whether the car will be in the showroom this coming friday, he said no memo from HQ yet. normally it will take a week for the car to arrive the showroom after they receive the memo.

the major different between SE and New H-line should be the 32bit ECU and the auto cruise, i think... beside body kit, rim, brake lights
*
Auto cruse will be installed to new H-Line as well?

*

Seems hopeless. I sent mine to be rectified 4 times to date on a 6 months old car. This time around... it lasted longer with no symptoms of the sound recurring. Lets hope.  sweat.gif

the showroom (5 minutes drive from my house) had this face lifted version since beginning of March. It was removed from the showroom to prevent ppl coming and checking it out way before launching date.

and the owner of the showroom apparently lives 4 houses away from me and they park the face lift model there too. Kinda nice... looking at its butt. hahaha

If possible, take some spy shot show us here. smile.gif
