QUOTE(NSX_MY @ Apr 14 2010, 10:54 AM) after install the new brakes, at first a bit spongy than before, after drove it for like 4-5km, then the brake starting to get better, but still feels not much difference compare before, probably because i fixed my rear brake drum before which results the brakes performs at lot better? oh well, will review the new brake once its bed in, is it necessary to drive 2k only the new brake starts to bed in? lol, we are using the same coolant, toyota stuff are mostly OEM by GEP which is under UMW. about the fan spinning even you turn off the engine...is because the engine is operating above the recommended temperature....i guess you didnt wait for the radiator water to drop and wait for all the trap bubbles appear and fill in until full......last time i do have the same problem also...fill in fully in the radiator but did not know inside still got air trap inside...so as the air goes out the water level drop causes the temperature to rise thus cause the engine operating extreme hot that is why the fan spins.....do check on the coolant level to see if it drops or not after few days of driving.

I am using Trestor Advantage. Nice

QUOTE(heavencloud @ Apr 14 2010, 10:14 AM) Try to check the aircond filter that can be found at the front passenger side. More specifically, the bottom of the glovebox. See whether lots of dust already trapping the filter thus made the wind blow slower. Hahaha.. well, that might be the general idea to improve the low end torque. I'm waiting for the light pressure turbo made by proton to be roll out. Or just buy a cps halfcut and plonk the cps engine Screw resale value lol. With the same price, its features can't even compare to vios, city, and the new mazda 2 Yea if wanna maintain more less stock internals etc.... light pressure turbo will be alright. and ermm.... cost factor to add this would be a factor. hahahaha..... Filtered water is better. This post has been edited by jasondotcom: Apr 14 2010, 11:48 AM

Filtered water is better. filtered water is not safe enough as it still contain minerals. You need distilled water.

QUOTE(dARKaNGEl @ Apr 14 2010, 01:34 AM) lots of hype here before the official launch on the 32bit ECU. I remember i said that it could be good or bad because there may be reliability issue due to new ECU not properly tested and all. seems like the negative side of what i said has become true... although our old persona using 16bit ECU, but at least it's been proven ok for us means? lasttime edi got problem?

Usually the indicator will turned on when the estimated fuel left is around 60 - 70km. I tried to drive around 30 - 40km more, the meter still showed that i got 40 - 50km left to travel, until suddenly the number turned "---" and started blinking. Then i panicked But of course, u could dare drive your car till the ECU cut off your engine when almost out of fuel to calculate the mileage accurately

Key plugged into ignition hole. Twist to on. Hear the fuel pump operating for about 2 seconds. Twist to engine start.
Do you guys actually do this? Or just key plug in, immediately twist all the way to start engine without waiting.
Some said need to wait for 2-3 seconds before starting to lengthen the fuel pump lifespan or somesort...
Fact Or Myth?

Fact Or Myth? I am not sure about that, normally for me I will wait for a few seconds till all the indicator lights are off except for the handbrake and can't remember which light, then turn to ignition.
