wonder if this HU gives better radio reception than the current one. if yes, might consider to change to this as well.

sounds like the "mini turbo" sold in Automotive Garage Sales. It's function sounds the same like what you said but just different look.

which SC is this that allowed u to bring own oil?

do you mean transmission lag during normal drive or when want to overtake?
I would say transmission is quite smooth for normal drive. doesn't feel lag to me and doesn't feel dragging either. just nice.
as for overtaking, there's around 1-2 second lag like myvi. saga, never driver before so can't compare.

so far i can only get max about 12.33km per liter on my SE and that's hell lotsa highway driving too.

New facelift

Rim not that nice. If want many spokes, should be thin since only 15" rim
Dashboard meter ugly, especially the RPM and the fonts of the numbers
Front, i think my current SE nicer and sportier
Door trim, the 2 tone don't look that nice. the light grey color at btm looks like cheap plastic IMO
Seats, personally I still prefer my SE ones than these
Door handle same as current persona SE which is ok
HU, although not as nice as an integrated one, but still ok la with more function. wonder can support phone bluetooth pairing or not

Side mirrors and rear lights the only nice things
will ask SC how much those cost if want to change to it

after seeing this, really relief and happy that my SE is nicer lol

If you look carefully, the transmission is manual. maybe this particular pic is a M-Line model? coz i think H-Line no manual right? If that's true, meaning the new HU only comes with H-Line and SE kua..

wait till we read what it can do first. it maybe new, but who knows the reliability of the car affected coz not fully tested by Proton? at least our 16 bit ecu has been proven ok.

maybe tomorrow i take a pic of it at night and post here for u all to see.

was out just now, and when i was behind a merc c200 latest model, i suddenly feel that the new facelift rear lamps resembles it. but of course la, the c200 one is nicer

the rear lip looks ugly. like just putting an aftermarket one onto it..

the bootlid spoiler looks quite ok from the picture though. in that paultan's main page, just look at how the persona rear lamp resembles the sytle of the merc c class shown at the lower part of the page.

the alloy rims also looks like the BLM design. probably just 1 inch larger than the BLM's

doubt price will be the same. new H-Line, as someone mentioned, it's gonna be only rm500 less than current SE. So most likely M-Line price going to be like current H-Line price. That's what i think la.

same here. second time already. saturday still working. this morning, realized kong liao. lucky when first time happen, i complained coz after i change bulb, the next day kong again . they checked and say the bulb housing (the entire cabin room light switch) needs to be changed. so order the part to change. but after they call me telling me the part arrived, i didnt go change coz they got replace by bulb temporarily and it was working till last weekend. right timing, since i need to go service again. tried calling to make appointment with Mutiara Damansara SC but no one picking up the phone. Already tried calling twice..

that's not special feature. It's stated in the car manual clearly. You should read it. I practically read the entire thing after I got my car. You can also set that the alarm don't make any sound and the signal lamp just flash when lock/unlock. also useful is to set your trip meter display to permanently show the mileage/distance to empty etc and make it not go back to the clock display.

high temperature? how high is high to him la. he thinks our Persona is a daily driving Racing car meh.. normal driving, braking won't make it that hot, even if emergency brake once a while.
ceramic should also be a good material to sustain high temp. that's y many supercars using carbon ceramic brakes

I was watching youtube last night and i stumbled upon this in one of top gear's episode. it was back in 2005. You will see them talking badly about Malaysian and Korean cars. Now it's 2010, and we have seen the drastic evolution of Hyundai & Kia producing great cars like the genesis coupe, Kadenza K7 etc. It makes me think... Proton is still pretty much the same as it was. With Waja and Gen2 then and introduction of Persona, Satria Neo and Exora since then. Hrm.. when you look back at such video for comparison, it's really sad to see Proton not improving as fast as the Korean
