Bro, r u using bigger block? Usually bigger blocks tend to suck dry eo when reaching 2000km (usually if press hard all da way). U can check the eo level every 1000km, and just topup if necessary.. Just my 2 cent icon_rolleyes.gif

nothing mod, just stock. b4 dis the eo have depleted once then i topup (during 17000km like that). the vibrate happen after i've change the eo (18000km). yesterday check, eo is still plenty. does this mean its time to overhaul? icon_question.gif doh.gif

15-38 sprocket, if compared to stock, is it 'heavier'? I noticed, on my bike, when I used a smaller rear sprocket, from 42 to 35, the engine vibrate very bad...

u want to race or what?? huhu ... if not it will not heat so fast ... take out ur thermostat ... good fuel setting ... by pass relay for radiator fan..use special engine oil ... it will help to reduce heat so much... but remember ..racing block won't last long.. but fz block original diasil block and u can think..huhuhu

Another way go for TDR block ba... I m veli confused about the break-in n the pantang like wat we always said... Break-in theory ask us to rev kau kau when the block is new, but for the pantang theory we hv to ride slow to prevent damaging the engine... Walao i cant understand la anyone can explain here??? rclxub.gif

lol... i mean, after the bike has been a long time, the engine gets louder and louder, what does ppl change to overcome this loudness?
service your engine, carburetor and readjust tappet.

QUOTE(8zelk8 @ May 26 2010, 10:44 PM)
as for tht u need to ask the help from the real pro at here.(C&G,Spayz,Alexei)> as i know them from the last tt i hv join them.
dude, have you sent the bike for mod? u change piston block or js the piston?
Today I went to Bee Hock consult him. He said 54mm is too big, 51mm piston is good enough for standard block. He has a high quality Uma racing piston high compression type.
