QUOTE(D.Sync @ Apr 14 2010, 11:44 PM) From my experience so far, I think SE really optimize the game code for FF13. Try pressing the PS logo while playing that game and you'll still see a smooth XMB navigation. Uh, that's not what I see as optimising. That's because when you hit the PS button the whole game is paused/stopped and then resumed when you hit it again. Most games have the game running in the background while you navigate the XMB.

QUOTE(D.Sync @ Apr 12 2010, 01:58 AM) Does the green light indicator (wireless) next to the orange light lid as well? QUOTE(ffrulz @ Apr 12 2010, 02:39 PM) It's normal when it takes a couple of seconds to sync via Bluetooth. However it syncs almost instantly via USB. Added on April 12, 2010, 2:39 pmGreen indicator light will not light up when you're syncing the controller to the console. yea I know. Normally it took couple of seconds and I can on the PS3 with my controller. But now took more than 5 minutes? Just see it keep blinking then have to retry. Only can manage to sync. Same when hook with usb cable

Have you tried with other controllers? (if you have spares of course).

Added on April 15, 2010, 3:53 pmQUOTE(Mgsrulz @ Apr 15 2010, 03:51 PM) audio takes up alot of space on ps3 games.(blu ray) How does it compares with PC games then? some ps3 games are even less than 4gb. however i believe sony has imposed the requirement to press all ps3 games on br discs, same like all ps2 games must be pressed on dvd even though they can occupy a single cdrom.

Hi guys. Am new to using PS3 here so hopefully can get an answer.
When I'm downloading in the background (around 1 GB) can I still play games like Heavy Rain or others? Will it affect my download?

If it's a Game Update, then no you cannot do Background Downloading. However if it's anything from PSN, Game Demos or something then yes you can download in the background. It's very noticeable which ones you can background download and which ones you can't. However, bear in mind that the PS3 has a system implemented where you play online games, for example Fat Princess or WKC, your downloads in the background will be automatically set into Pending and will only resume when you're not in Online mode in the game.

Tekken tag, virtua fighter, star wars racing, the first dvd game for ps2 was Kessen if i am not mistaken

I even remembered the very first bypass for the PS2 was to make pirated CDs of PS2 games and a switch plugged into the USB port lol.
