The wireless green light indicator failed to blink again upon start up. It worked fine 2 months ago before I put it in idle mode. Now I won't be able to wireless play again...

Anyone know why the green light (wireless indicator) had stopped blinking? I know the NIC is not broken as I still can sync and turn on my PS3 via my controller. This had happened before but now it's happening again.

It's normal when it takes a couple of seconds to sync via Bluetooth. However it syncs almost instantly via USB.

Green indicator light will not light up when you're syncing the controller to the console.

Well my controller took about a minute before it sync with my console and I can't get it to online as well. I think it's not broken but rather it's in hibernating mode. Sometimes it work but mostly fail.

Argh been having problem setting my PS3 to connect to the Internet.

Somehow the wireless light lid up again when I turn it on but it just couldn't connect the Internet.

I'm using Linksys WAG200G, disabled UPnP, configured a static IP. When I go into the router management page I can see my PS3 MAC address in the MAC filter list. However, it didn't appear in the 'Connected Wireless Client List' nor in the ARP list. Any help ?

Didn't dare to switch off my PS3 coz switching it off will make the green led die again.

From my experience so far, I think SE really optimize the game code for FF13. Try pressing the PS logo while playing that game and you'll still see a smooth XMB navigation.

Anyone ever wondered how much space does a PS3 blu ray disc occupy? DMC4 for PC fits on a single sided DVD, so what gives on blu ray?

How does it compares with PC games then? I thought PC games also support DTS or DD5.1?

Each purchase is associated with an account. So if you are buying a game from User B, you'll need to create a user on your PS3 with User B details (username and password). And so on. You'll need to do so in order to download the game from User B shopping cart. Once you had completed downloading, you can delete user B from your PS3, the game will still run.

Question. If you have bought the game this way, if you have deleted all your user accounts and cause the game to be unplayable, would you still be able to redownload the game from that same user account? Or you have to repurchase again?

Yes you'll still be able to redownload it by creating a user account which the username and password you entered previously (provided that the seller still haven't change it, which I doubt it). Every purchase is being listed on the Shopping cart associated with the account. smile.gif

Some Q&A taken from YouTube:

Q: I just received the game from the sender and the game won't play, help!
A: In order to play the game on your PS3, the game must be activated AND the user account that was used to download the game must stay on your PS3. For example, say you created user account "User1" on your local Playstation 3 and you downloaded a full version of Lemmings. After you download the game, you MUST keep "User1" on your Playstation 3 in order for the game to run on your PS3. If you somehow delete the user account, you must relogin with the sender's account and redownload the game. If the game is still on your HDD, simply redownload then cancel to re-authorize the game.

Q: Do I have to login with the sender's account to play the game?
A: No, it just needs to be authorized on your PS3. You can play the game using your account thereafter. Just do not delete the user account as mentioned above or else the game will be locked out.

Hi all,I'm a new owner of PS3 slim i'm just wondering will YLOD happen in PS3 slim? And if i play 4-5 hours per day will it stress my PS3 and spoil it? Thanks

With a proper conditioning and well ventilated environment you can turn it on for days without having such issue. I would suggest you to put it in vertical position, or so I did.

You don't need a HDTV to play PS3. Any standard TV with composite cable (Yellow, Red and White) is sufficient. You use HDTV to fully utilize it's capabilities.

About the image, it all boils down to the panel type and its hardware.
