I also booked a number one month ago, paid RM3++ for JLY 8XXX, now already got ppl saw JMA 3XXX, and it's a forte, i don't know how this guy get his car out but seem amazing... Speechless.

i think is the SA problem..can see really different if the SA is capable enough..
Naxx SA, ( typically, some race la, not to be racist here, but is words from their own top mgmt and also own experience) ...

Me and my fiance purchase Forte and Picanto from Naxx, and my fiance's Picanto is paying by cash.. You know how long the car has been drag? since last year Dec 25th until today..just got called to collect car..Reason given, balik kampung, Admin no in office, JPJ system down, MC..


and My Forte booked on Dec 3rd..and been drag till Mid of Jan only telling me this and that.. and yesterday only telling me, what is ur interest rate, the used car settlement how?
and keep telling me, been trying hard la, all done la..but in the end..nothing been done until last minute..

I already wrote a very long complain letter to Naxx HQ before and that where the RM call me directly to handle my case..somehow, the SA that been follwing up..again..didnt do her job WELL!!!!! i think i will hold my gun and wait after i collect my forte and my fiance's Picanto, i will wrote a long email to shoot Naxx and also to KIA korea..

Your plate is very nice, probably can put "NAZA" after your WTF plate... WTF NAZA

tell them how "great" Naxx is doing in Malaysia..
No matter how great the Kia / Hyudai produce ..with the damn poor management in Malaysia especially Naxx..in the end, most of customer will still shift back to Japanese or european car..

I have already shoot to KIA KOREA lah, the morning i told them to read facebook complain, 1+ hr later KM deleted all complain in facebook... this is how they work

yaya.. should complaint to KIA KOREA.. Hopefully one day the Sales & Marketing for KIA is being took order by someone.. And NAZA only is a manufacturing plan.. Then, KIA sale will surely boost up

I have already wrote a couple to KIA KOREA since 2 weeks ago, but i think we may gather after we get all our car and see what we can do.... But maybe after CNY lah

i DON'T EVEN WANT TO JOIN THE FORTE FB..ONLY KEEP NICE FEEDBACK ..THOSE COMPLAIN WILL BE DELETED...

if let runner do normally gt charge la... better buy it urself..

my sa giv me 2 option,
1.she bring me to jpj buy no.
2. ask runner to do it but charge rm100..

but i wasn't in kl when WTJ release so kena ask runner do la.. if i noe the car till now still cant reg i will wait for WTK or WTN

hopefully next week we can see alot of forte on the road...

i dont mind paying..as i don't have plenty of time before this cny..i even havent get new undies for myself this cny :P

My 4 previous car all been done by the SA..

the problem is, as a responsible SA, should have close all the loose end before the car get allocated..not until last min..
If I can go myself, i won't ask the SA to run for me..what's the point? right ..
anyway, couple friend of mine, got their city, camry in a week time ( last week), and one of my friend in Pg gotten his forte after my booking date..
and those sales handled by Chinese SA....

and those who still stuck and with tons of shit reason reasons given..Mostly are from other races SA..

sorry, no mean to be racist..just that first time purchase car from Non-Chinese SA and first time from NAxx..

No offence as I share the same experience. I purchased my Waja from EON and thought that never mind, I will buy from a non-chinese SA and it turned out to be a very bad experience. NCD also never help to submit and he resign mid-way through the process. I had to complain to the BM who happens to be a chinese and he helped me to complete the purchase and get me my NCD refund plus the extra discount promised.

My current SA for my Forte also same problem. Half way resign and didn't hear anything from him since the day I booked the car. Best part is today I got a call from him asking me to buy a competitor's company car since he joined a new company. I thought Proton is bad but I am shocked. I dealt with Hyundai although I didn't buy from them but at least they are keen to do your business.

ok...SA just called me and said car allocated for me... 1.6SX White....
but still can not get b4 CNY most probably......
