i received a call frm my SA, he asked me to do the full payment so the management can allocate my booked unit for me, huh?? i thought by paying him the booking fee already allocate me one unit de, i havnt see the car yet need to payup the downpayment upfront first? pls advice on this guys..should i payup front first n wait

Booked on Monday
Car plate number and loan approved on Tuesday
Car is ready

BUT just received call said that cannot get the car before CNY due to custom issue. Damn the government!

i went to puchong branch just now. SA said only 300 units release for allocation.
no full payment he they don't do allocation

i also booked at ss17, number plate already booked last week... loan already singed..
but just now i called kia careline, still do not get allocated for the car..

mine also same case, go test drive the car, been told that car can be collect before cny because they have ready stock! booked it, get the car plate number, paid down payment, loan approved, everything settle, then next day called up and said cannot get the car before cny. got upset and called up the manager, said not his fault, is naza problem with the custom, bla bla bla. was thinking to enjoy the holiday with my new car but now.....

JPJ System down just a excuses for the SA to delay the delivery....
It already confirm that no car can be registered through JPJ b4 CNY....

I heard JPJ will only work half-day tomorrow. There's no reason why they they work on Saturday, and it's the holiday season as well. Just accept that the car will only be delivered after CNY.. Maybe even the week after.

Called the BM, he said IF can complete registration by tomorrow, then can get car on Saturday.
