how much for 4#6?

Manage to dismantle my Syma S107 n guess what...the black wire connecting the motor get disconnected..but i had no idea where it is supposed to be..huhu....if anyone got similar model can give me info..i think after weld it back it will work perfectly..the motor is in good condition

so d best suggestion for beginner is Esky Lama aite??
so whats d different between V3 and V4??

i fly in the similar manner as the other flyers at BTHO .. i do not wanna engage in politics of RC or the RC community
mfx (i dunno why he wanna call himself MASTER .. egoistic thing maybe ??) previously has flown his zagi nearby f8 and circuits nearby (against the flow of traffic) .. and he oso sometimes hover walks his little heli to close to where ppl sit and gather after he finish his flying session further out .. not dangerous ??
being longer and better known in the community is NOT A PRIVILEGE to say whatever u like about others
do u see me condemning someone coz after 4-5 yrs of flying heli but skill level still not good as should be ??

MFX loves to kondem and make remarks about a particular flyer that can do more with a heli than him IMO .. but behind that flyers back la of coz
my skill level have progressed rapidly and beyond most expectations so some ppl might tend to get jealous .. i got to know most of the ppl who fly regularly there .. but then of coz MFX knows them longer and can manage POLITICS behind another person's back well ..
IF i fly dangerously .. why not tell me straight there and then so i can rectify the situation b4 things gets worse ?? why go play politics behind ?? its not that MFX does not know me or anything .. why not he tell me there and then and solve a safety hazard ?? and after so many years in RC he should know better to take corrective actions immediately

YES .. i am NEW and considered a BEGINNER in the RC WORLD .. that does not mean i do not have my rights in the RC WORLD

i dont feel i have a need to say anything to defend myself coz i dont wanna get involved in RC POLITICS .. if i have bad or dangerous flying style .. just tell me and i WILL RECTIFY the manner of which i fly there and then .. others who are not are the site and not seen my flying but based their voice on hearsay and gang support >> what to say ??
BTHO fly site is coming to an end anyway coz construction works are coming up at where the fly site is .. have to look for new site soon

The person haven't done repairing?

I've went to collect my helicopter. One motor replaced, rotors replaced, the shaft also replaced. The helicopter is back to new.

The boss was kind enough to repair and replace the damaged parts without any charge.

I asked if they have Esky, the only thing I see on display is Esky Belt CP. No Lama v4, sadly.

Am wondering are those ready to fly heli in Toysrus any good? There's this metal one the body looks nice but don't know how well it flies.

If you just wanna have fun... any heli will do...
But if you are serious into this hobby... try to get something which could assist you in skills developments....

edit .. i read further in that forum .. MASTER did not deny that he hover walk his heli back to the place where "most ppl" sits but nowhere near me of coz .. is a fixed pitch heli with low headspeed .. is that relevant ?? a heli is a heli .. so no need to be safe la ?? MASTER has FULL CONTROL la of coz .. MASTER CAN whereas OTHERS CANNOT ... i can oso say i fly only a SMALL LIGHT FOAM PLANE

I read from some forums, they recommend putting sticky tape over the rotor to protect it from damage or shattering in an event of crash. Does it work or would it cause instability?

sticky/masking tape may prevent blades from shattering easily but will add more weight to the blades (more load for motor) and needs balancing (to prevent vibration)

That will work best with wood blades~

I just tried putting cellotape partially on all blades. Preliminary test seems fine.

If you didn't stick much and the speed of rotor head is slow... you won't feel a thing...
but try to maintain balance on both blades as QiW has indicate the potential problems~

most of the head parts are compatible with HBFP .. main gears too
belt u have to get .. tail boom u can cut off trex450 to fit .. blades u prolly have to order or get a king2 blade and VERY CAREFULLY AND PRECISELY cut them yourself ..
the frame is very strong .. near no chance to break unless u have a very very major crash

u crashed the FP already meh ?? its slow but not that hard to fly .. if u are used to the reaction of a CP .. the FP seriously feels SLOW laa .. hahaha
