Bad customer service in AEON Tebrau. I got WD 1TB external hard disk, less than a year, faulty.

After a month, called the shop, still dont have status, whether 1 to 1 exchange or repair. He said waiting feedback from supplier.

1 month? Waiting what?

He promised to call me tomorrow.

Let me see how it goes...

I follow up only after one month. Then the answer still no status. Today, wait until 3pm, still no call. I called, and someone said the guy is out for lunch.

I will called again tomorrow. Wonder what is the answer for tomorrow..

Give them chance lor. They also want customer to be happy one ma. If can faster, I think they also want to settle your case faster lar.

update: received back my items on 7/4/13, almost 4 months of waiting.
