Below is the step I have done:
1. Root the phone - success.
2. Play around with fake US Operator for Market - success
3. Flash the Amon-Ra v1.62 recovery image - success
4. Logon to Amon-Ra recovery and do nandroid backup - success
5. Flash the ERE36B ROM - success
6. Flash the ERE36B / 32.26.00.24U_4.04.00.03_2 radio - FAIL, my phone die here.
Added on March 2, 2010, 5:38 pmk, thanks .... I will try more later.
OMG! You shouldn't even have done the step 6! The radio was not even a necessity for your N1 since you already did port the ROM! The ROM would not have flashed if you didnt have the radio..Now I feel even more sorry for you mate..
To all others, once again, don't underestimate the ease of flashing..Always wait for your gurus to test the ROM first..Do enough research, ask questions if you can't find them and we will try our best to help you guys too..
These things are expected in the world of flashing..I believe SG HTC will help you with a fee..If they say nothing can be done, just keep the phone in case someone comes out with an unbricker..It actually happened in PSP..After thousands of PSPs getting bricked, they created the Pandora battery which would hit a jigkick to the flasher and start up the PSP..i've actually recovered my friend's PSP which was in the store for almost a year when it came out

I did not do the nandroid, or I did it after I wiped my phone before flashed .. will there be any problem to me? if in future I wish to flash back to stock OS is it possible to be done w/o nandroid ealrier backup?
That is okay..You can go to stock OS..but make your nandroid backup NOW..You MUST always have a working nandroid in your phone..As for my case, I always test my nandroid recovery every time I make it..It takes extra 15 minutes of my time everytime I need to flash something, but its definitely worth it rather than having to regret in the future..This is not Hero..This is Nexus One..Hell of a problems occur when it bricks..
Added on March 2, 2010, 9:20 pmAndrew, are you in contact with the guys at xda? Also, try modaco forum too to see if they have a solution..Who knows..
