Ya bro... as I stated, it's also a rumour. However, this rumour that I heard comes from a Media person....

that's why i put "somewhat reliable source"...

Anyway, if both Maxis and DiGi launches next week, it'll be good for consumers...

hope there will be a big different between two of them about the pricing and plans.. so we as consumers could take advantage at it!

look back on previous posts, got so many 'reliable sources' also turn out to be wrong media person, or even maxis CEO or steve jobs, in my book those are stil considered rumours heheh

This is a fair game for Maxis and DiGi with the same launch week, which is not good for consumer I think. You can see that when DiGi launch later than Maxis last year, they have lower price plan. IMHO, their price will be about the same if they launch at the same time, this is what happened to Singapore and Taiwan telcos. I was hoping DiGi is a few weeks slower so they can beat Maxis price like last time. Now maybe we can hope for Celcom launching iPhone 4 later this year. hehehe...

Comon its just rumours dont get happy so early first.. all speculations are still not facts that u might want! but if its true then okayy la.. still quite reasonable!

Hell, if it's like that I just might aim for 32 GB!

Then if take Maxis plan, the phone price will be cheaper than 3GS.
If I not mistaken, 3GS RRP at RM 2,490 for 16GB and 32GB for RM 2,990.

so how much la per month we have to pay, a rough estimation that is?

If the Maxis price is true, by using today's currency conversion rate, the richer the country, the cheaper they get it Or should I say the richer the country, the lesser their government tax. But I would buy in Malaysia just for the warranty.
