QUOTE(jehutyz @ Sep 13 2010, 05:22 PM) Seriously already wait for so long, why not another few weeks? true enough..i think i should wait at least till 24th to see what kinda deal is maxis going to come out with.Anywhere this is my personal point of view. I always concern of the warranty. i decided to get from SG cause i din know that maxis is lauching the ip4 on 24th... |

everybody is just so damn excited...mana tau delay lagi then all will be scolding maxis ..lol
anyway lets hope that maxis will not delay it...its still better to get the ip4 here rather than SG cause claiming warranty would be a pain This post has been edited by gurus: Sep 14 2010, 12:39 AM |

QUOTE(s3an_looi @ Sep 14 2010, 10:11 AM) I really hope Maxis will have enough stock to cater to the demand.. very potong stim if suddenly out of stock. Come back next month. everywhere in the world is coming short of the ip4 after launch in their respective countires, so i assume malaysia will face the same sitiuation too... |

QUOTE(w143 @ Sep 17 2010, 10:41 PM) If the Maxis price is true, by using today's currency conversion rate, the richer the country, the cheaper they get it yeah...for the warranty alone its already worth waiting.iPhone 3GS 8GB RM 1,633.66 - Hong Kong, HK$4,088 RM 1,736.49 - Singapore, S$748 RM 1,890.00 - Malaysia iPhone 4 16GB RM 1,993.32 - Hong Kong, HK$4988 RM 2,061.50 - Singapore, S$888 RM 2,290.00 - Malaysia iPhone 4 32GB RM 2,352.99 - Hong Kong, HK$5888 RM 2,432.91 - Singapore S$1048 RM 2,690.00 - Malaysia i almost ordered from sg, suddenly maxis n digi also coming out This post has been edited by gurus: Sep 17 2010, 10:46 PM |

QUOTE(kevink82 @ Sep 19 2010, 07:15 PM) im rather disappointed at the maxis warranty for iphone, i bought my iphone 3gs white it was fine when i got it check everything then bout 3 days later i notice some crack on the backplate (didnt sit on the phone or drop it doesnt even have a scratch on it) it was from the inside.... u r being a little easy on them i guess....should be able to claim if it crack on itself.took it down to maxis first person i talk to insist she doesnt c it.......... 2nd person says o u should have checked when u got the phone, and when i talk to their branch manager he said the iphone warranty only covers the screen defects and nothing else....... we can send it in for repair which cost 700 ringgits now i bought a sg iphone4 cause it wont actually make much of a defference in terms of warranty anyways imo. |

QUOTE(tinkerbel @ Sep 21 2010, 10:49 AM) @gurus, icic..thx for the correction. already edit my previous post Yes but it's not available at launch time [outright purchases] Also, Maxis has stated they will give 24 months warranty to those who's signing on a 24 month contract. anyway its nice of them to include the 2nd year warranty from maxis |

QUOTE(dvlzplayground @ Sep 21 2010, 11:12 AM) cuz some ppl cannot afford a new iphone every year? juz because iphone 5 (it wont be 4gs!) comes out doesnt mean every ip4 owner is going to get one hehe..true also la thx tinkerbel for pointing out the 2yr warranty. i missed that (didnt read the landing page, terus go to rate plans hahah). i never thought of getting the 2yr plan since i dun want to be tied for 2 years to a phone with 1 year warranty. if 2 years warranty, then it's a good deal! just feels that buying the 2nd years not worth only, if free sure want |
