all the trouble arise bcoz of the staff at the tmpoint counter....
some are so helpful but some purposely create trouble for u.

Btw, i am a final sem students, yet i still able to get the netbook.
I first submit my form at TMpoint at Pj newtown, but the ppl thr give many excuses for not submiting the application for me. Luckily i din give up and proceed to the TMpoint at uptown PJ...the thin malay guy is so good, he just accept my form without questioning.

What i can say is TM do not have a clear guideline to follow on application?
if u fail to apply in 1 place, jz try on another.
1 more things is that, the 30days cool down period can be shorten... just FORCE them to do for u. they can do it...

1st : keyboard, in btwin the key.
2nd : the palm rest, outside 1, is like piano finished and touchpad is easier to control.
3rd : the design of the casing, including the bottom cover.
4th: the 6cells battery (everyone knows bout tis)

i just register the cool uni pack at shah alam tmpoint and the only thing they as me is my student ID and also IC, then a HEP stamp, i UiTM student btw and i am year 3 student. they dint ask anything just register as long as you got the HEP stamp saying that you are university student. FYI, UiTM is not under list but my friend sister work in tmpoint in sabah and she told us uitm,um was in the list. but fast because its only 10K unit of notebook only.

i also ask the girl that register my sttremyx how long this promotion and she told me they still dont have specific time of promotion.

So, 10K or 100k?

can anyone clarify that the home line with the uni cool pack can use to call in or out?

Once I've been told that the home line cannot be used to call in, only outgoing calls.
After further clarification twice, I believe that the home line is an ordinary homeline supporting both incoming and outgoing calls.

that's good to hear that. I heard my fren mentioned it is just for it is just line for broadband and cannot use for incoming and outgoing.

Anyone who using it can clarify this?

Most vendor do not accept 1 dead pixel for warranty purpose. Some laptop companies require 5 to 9 to be eligible for exchange. My current laptop has 5 stuck pixel but it happens that my laptop manufacturer requires 7 for exchange. No harm but you can get to HP on this issue.

becoz i'm planning to open an "extra" homeline for this UNIpack, it will cost around rm100, if i cannot get the package , it means i will lost the $ for nothing , it really a lot of $ for a student like me .
