i got the application form now, too bad TMpoint is close shop today. WTA, is the application needed to cop sign by the UNIVERSITY before submitted to TMPOINT?
what else document needed ?
copy of student pass
copy of IC
letter from UNI
and what else???

tm fixed line also has 1 yr contract
i wanted to ...
make new fixed line for uni-pack
THEN cancel streamyx (which has 30day)
then move uni-pack to old number and cancel new fixed line

call 100 got the answer just now.
i can upgrade my combo60 to uni package without terminate any account or homeline, even the homeline is not under my name. my house streamyx used more than 1 year so no more tight to contract.
this is what the operator told me, not sure collect or not

I have literally went to Serdang TMPoint for more than 10 times all the way from Nilai. Fuel wasted costs way more than 10% of the netbook already. my port has been upgraded to 4MB using ADSL1 port instead of ADSL2+
but my IP's still 60.53.x.x instead of 218.111..
may i know how long does it take to get 218.111 IP's ?
