If after the 2nd year, I still can keep my netbook and the Rm88 still applicable?

Further to this question, is the charges still the same after we graduate? Is there a maximum period of subscription?

it's stated on their website d...2 years...after that...might be cheaper....



can anyone share their procedure with me?? ....do we have to get our modem and the confirmation slip ourselves??

OH! but my application and account is set up before 1/apr. So am i still enjoying the rm68 rental for 1mb every month?

But i might want to warn you don't trust them 100% as you know, Malaysian CS can say this thing today, tomorrow tell you another thing. Who bother so much? Just enjoy the current joy first.

well.. are u new application or upgrade?
1st u need get UniPack Application form.
2nd Fill up the form and bring the form to ur uni or college to get official stamp chop.
3rd photocopy of IC, student pass and an letter that prove that u're studying there for 1st year or 2nd year.
4th bring all the documents back to TM point.
5th if the application they accept, they will give u back a copy of form with confirmation slip.
That's it
btw, the modem will be given to u when the installer come to ur house.

Any TM point will do it i guess. now Thinking of applying another GradPack from Miri and use at sdk.

Added on April 6, 2010, 12:14 amI see, seems like diff state got diff procedure.
in east msia, the TM point just need ic, student id and the application form which require a school stamp. Students are eligible to apply as long as their student id not yet expiry. Cause the "grey area" is our student id dint show that we are currently which year. They will let you know whether ur application is accepted or not in the time u submit to them.

i am applying a new homeline...so i haven't received any confirmation slip yet.... ..so i have to get back to tm to get the slip after my homeline if fixed right?

My case:

26/2: submit form
13/3: homeline installed

today went TMPoint asking about my streamyx, they said my status is "tunggu". My area port is not full, my distance to exchange is only 3km. What else to tunggu?? tunggu they minum teh makan roti canai everyday???

my friend's case is worst. submit form same day as me.. until now homeline still not yet install.



I don't know where else should i bring this matter, i'm fedup! be grateful guys for those who waiting for netbook.. there's more unlucky person than you guys.

try calling 100. shoot them there. if you are upgrade from normal package to uni pack, tell them you not going to pay because you dint even use 1kb of the line. shoot them like that, they will handle your case faster. and, you need to call them daily to push them.

don't say 100 and tmpoint.. I called them, visited them lots of time since i submit my application. they are USELESS.
