i'll let them charge me rm50 if they like to afterall its only the first bill. If following bills still rm50 then i would call them to seek any solution they can resolve with the new rate collision.

i think most likely the plan will go on without the netbook. but its cheap too for that case. but not that attractive anymore
erm, i got no this problem since i will apply for my tmnut homeline 1st. those "high efficient" worker will take weeks to install the line.
then only they will start installing screamyx. another 2 weeks.

btw 1st month they change half of the price only nia. cos they say when u get your bb, its already middle of the month. read the tnc for sos and verification.

hello all, im a 3rd year med student in usm,

My house telephone line is under my dad's name and i plan to take up this coolunipack. here is the problem,

1. I recently just upgraded to 1mbps during the super upgrade deal(dad's name) and if i have to cancel it, i'll have to pay rm350 penalty. if i change it to the coolunipack(under my name), will it be considered as canceling it? is there a way to get around it?

2. how long does it take to cancel the streamyx account and replace it with the coolunipack one?

3. what is the latest price for 1mbps line?i heard that the rm50 one has been reduced to rm38..does this apply to 1mbps also?(RM80-->RM68)?

a staff told me that i will not have to pay the rm350 fine since im changing this package to coolunipack. They said the rm350 is applicable only when u cancel off and did not apply the coolunipack.

When my father applied for a homeline, tm gave another subline free to us. This subline is free from the rm26 rental

i just went to tmpoint to ask, they told me that i dont need to cancel the line and get the penalty (RM350) as it is an upgrade.. i can also use my father's line as long as i take his photostated IC as proof that the line is under his name and can use my name to upgrade it..later will go to TM branch and see if this is the same( i know how inconsistent they are..)

so you dont nid to pay rm350 if u upgrade from the account which is being terminated?
what about if you have 2 homelines, will i nid to pay rm350 if i apply cooluni at one homeline and i cancel my current stramyx?
