international students will always get in easier compared with locals, they want your money.........

I think what's talked about is, it is easier for International student to get into critical course with A Level than International student with Year 12 result. Someone posted before saying for medicine, the cut off point is TER99 and AAB for A Level.

i made the comments in another thread.......no you cannot get in with aab, but as long as you have aaa, you will be considered.......whereas you need to have atar 98 and good imed/isat to have any chance........

AFAIK, aab may work in universities other than University of Melbourne, UNSW, Syd and Queensland. But I seriously agree with atar of 98 and also good isat results.

with the little amount of Aussie med schools left that are not graduate entry, I'll be suprised if they accept AAB. You'll need at least AAA

Of course it is not likely to be AAB and that's why I used the word "cut off point". "Cut off point" and "being admitted" are not the same thing.

Hi all peeps, I am about to finish my degree in 3 months time. I am thinking of pursuing my masters in Australia. I wish to study engineering courses, particularly in telecommunication fields. Any good universities which offer similar course? So far I only know RMIT does

Why would you want to do that? Go into JB Hifi et all and/or the online Apple store and buy it straight from Apple. (My reservations on these tablet like devices notwithstanding)

Would you mind PM-ing me a copy of the letter you received from iiNet?  If its an email, I would be grateful if you could copy and paste the contents.

The reason for my curiosity is that the CEO of iiNet has publically stated that iiNet does not pass on complaints from rights holders

Will try my best to get a copy of the letter by the weekend cause it's in my friend's (who registered for the internet) mailbox.

For those who are planning to study in UNSW, brace yourself for unexpected surprises that the university will not give a shit about.

Should I complain about UNSW to the very last bit of details? Not exactly.
Will I tell you about my experience if you PM me? I guess I should if my experience can help you make up a decision
Is UNSW the best in Australia? Definitely not.

Think again if UNSW is in your mind right now, thoroughly.
If you think I am the only one who only had problems with UNSW, I will pray for your smooth, boring education journey in UNSW. smile.gif

BTW, I'm a Final Semester of Mechatronics Engineering student in UNSW.
