I believe for HTC phones like the HD & HD2, energy roms are much better. My bro is using HD energy rom and he loves it.

Still on valkyrie for the time being, I kinda got used to the speed, so not much of a big problem.

@rkwan

I just had a look at the skin, there are a few bubbles here & there, kinda look ugly, hopefully it'll go off by itself later on. The same thing happened when I skinned my laptop myself, bubbles disappear after a day or 2.
*
try using hair dryer to heat it up jut a bit so that it's warm, then apply pressure. Should get rid of bubbles immeiately. Works for invisible shield

Evilash's ROM will freeze without reason halfway using... Very unpredictable. Unlike Valkyrie ROMs that only freeze when you do something specific like opening and closing the keyboard rapidly multiple times.

Tried to overclock my Xperia using nueOverclockTest v1.3 but it doesn't work at all.
Phone hangs as soon as I press Yes. sad.gif

Was hoping that the processor will run at 768MHz just like a HTC Touch Pro user who succesfully overclock the same processor as our Xperia processor.

Any success with other X1 users? Maybe the software is not fine tuned for our hardware? TP's processor is actually a little bit different from ours because we have an additional graphic chip which might change things in our processor too which might be needed for it to work properly together.

Just guessing.

X1 is closer hardware wise with HD.

One X1 user succesfully overclocked his unit to 768MHz & it's working perfectly on his unit.
I believe ROM plays an important role for the overclocking to be successful.

Guys, try out the latest Touch-IT ROM, to me, it's fast & stable.
The ROM I'm talking about is Touch-IT BR 23562.

Original Sense 2.5:
23562: http://download.htcpedia.com/Roms/Touch-IT...-IT_BR_23562.7z
21901: http://download.htcpedia.com/Roms/Touch-IT...-IT_BR_21901.7z
21899: http://download.htcpedia.com/Roms/Touch-IT...-IT_BR_21899.7z

PS: Though I'm still testing either it's SOD safe like the current Energy ROMs.

I'm downloading the one with the cookie home tab cooked in. But I read from the comments that build 23562 has several bugs, bluetooth PAN issue, and all popup alerts are blank. Can you pls confirm?

Come on bro.
How can you compare the peformance of Windows Mobile 6.5 with Windows Mobile 6.1? It's impossible.

Finally agent released new roms, based on build 23114 but it's not on his ftp list.

I also downloaded energy 21899 & 23559. Since I'm free this 2 days will give energy's rom another try again before trying agent's new release.

I just flashed to valkyrie 23114 a few hours ago. Everything is looking fine for now. Was on a flashing spree today, tried energy, jack but I still feel at home with valkyrie, maybe as I'm very used to his roms. Jack is the worst out of 3, very messy rom and no eye candy at all.
