Guys,new valkyrie also have the problem with battery consumption?

hmm, really? like how ah?

but i think almost all wm6.5 got lousier battery life than wm6.1.

previously so many rom i tried of wm6.5, only last me 5-6 hours per full charge. im on wm6.1 now can last me about 8-10hours depend on my usage..

just now 63,now 60%..i dont know about it,just flash the rom minutes ago..what's ur guys status?

try to flash the Radio as well.

I was on 1.14, the battery consumption is bad. After a day usage with many phone calls, left around 30%.

With 1.16, similiar usage I can still get around 45% or more.

Still, have to recharge everyday....

never try flashing any radio ver b4..where can i get the instructions please..now 45% aftr on wifi,so damn fast draining like b4,this is the only weekness i cn find in valkyrie,othr bug is like fixable and not a major problem i quest..

yeah. v1.14 is very famous for battery drainage. but pretty good performance compare to v1.10

juz have the exact same instruction as flashing rom. rename the ruu_signed to kovsimg. then flash..

where to check my radio version?

err.. suppose no nid to check but u can straight to flash it.

at start->settings->system->device information.

there got a radio version. either 1.06, 1.10, 1.14, 1.16.

Guys, ive been using seXi1 for 2 months and counting.. Feels good, and looks even better But the thing is my device is very laggy. I flashed my device with Itje's Touch IT Sense, looks cool but its very slow..

Any other roms to introduce me? I need 3G function btw, lots of roms do not have that.

Oh, and my device tends to overheat when im talking on the phone or using the phone for a period. Is that normal?

try UnOff Infinite..quick stable and I've been using it for a while before,battery consumption also good..

Anyway, I keep seeing Valkrie and Energy Roms cropping up here and there in this topic. Been wanting to try them out but do they support video call?

You on WM6.5 + Sense 2.5?

If u really want good speed with WM6.5, use the titanium version.
If u really need good speed + sense 2.5, get one of those good WM6.1 + Sense 2.5 custom ROM.

3G function? tried video call with EnergyROM, working fine here.

Overheat?
All phones with slight heat after a long duration phone call. I'm guess that's normal.
Coz its very subjective to rate "overheat".

Alright, thanks for your suggestion. Im downloading Energy's Titanium and Cookie version, will try it out tonight. Currently gonna trying out unOff (just finished downloading )

Edit, the overheating is not just a slight overheat i guess. It feels hot to the touch, like you put your phone under the sun. And it is not just a long duration call, even if i flash my phone; use wifi etc it will feel heated. Is this a problem

As far as I know, even if you have the sense version installed.
You can always just disable the HTC sense, then you will get titanium version straight away.

You don't really need to download both to compare.

Uhh, sorry for the stupid question, but how to disable HTC sense? I thought it is cooked inside the rom and cannot be disabled? At least, that is what i thought for Itje's rom. Did not find any options for me to disable it.

try untick HTC sense.


At least that what I able to do with EnergyROM.

Just flashed unOff rom, its using Titanium.

On the plus side, its fast, its stable, and its simple yet nice

On the down side... kinda boring anyway no complains just yet, just maybe only no home shortcuts dat i can place my contacts or programs on.

anyway, unoff got 3 types of rom. sense / titanium / win7 series. i think u downloaded the titanium series while not trying the sense series..
