Change your PSU, as easy as that
You wouldn't wanna have more problems later with your HDD and ec due to your PSU being faulty

Sad to see how far Pentium 4s have fallen behind: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/atom-d...ettop,2649.html

QUOTE

Eight Years Are Enough!

In the end, there’s a simple conclusion for everyone who wants a low cost system: keep your old Pentium 4 system if you have to, but bear in mind that all relevant metrics (performance, noise, power, and efficiency) are pathetic by modern standards.

If you can afford to spend a few hundred dollars on a nettop, we’d definitely recommend this. We usually rant about Atom due to its shortcomings compared to desktop platforms, but it simply trounces the old P4s. Keeping a PC in service for seven or eight years is more than enough. Just make sure you go for a dual-core Atom when you decide to buy.
lol exactly what i have achieved, 8 years

and yes, the power/efficiency is pathetic

Hye guys, I'm using AsRock p4145GV Mobo and it's been very hard for me to find the onboard graphic driver for Win7. Do you guys have any solution for this kinda problem. Thanks.

Oh ya, I tried downloading the WinXP VGA driver and run it under WinXP compatibility mode and failed.

N450 is a single core

Atom 3xx and Atom D5xx series is dual core, anything else is single core.

Win7 has default driver for your intel integrated vga, if not, then just run windows update to get the latest driver. You just can't have Aero interface in Win7 due to lack of hardware support.

If you download your drivers from creative, i can tell you it is pathetic. Theres a pro out there that makes drivers for creative sound cards which is even better than creative themselves.
