hi,,, what is 3D-Com option? I'm not sure where to turn it off... using a panny here

But I'm still having the same problem because the newer decoder box also is giving the same problem...after update, it becomes distorted.... lol

note: i didnt change my decoder box, because since the new decoder also give the same prob after updating, the service fella suspect is the software causing the problem already...



Apparently.... the only version working is when the box is in mint condition, that is no software update at all... before 17 oct and 23rd dec software update...

Signal strength quite bad at 155. Anybody have lower then this?
He also checked signal strength before installation of new dish with the old dish and it was also around 150.
Installer says the concealed wiring is too long (3 storey house) and signal can only be improved by moving dish down.

But still looks great on TV and I love the 5.1

Will wait to see premier league before making decision.

Wah...if 155 can still get, those of us with 220+ is sure to be weather proof.

Mine at 1st, 165.. Cannot got signal. After change cable to new + 10m old cable the signal improve to 190..

Mine at CH 1 is 195 - 198, CH 18 is 222, but the default (with tick) is set at CH1, anyone how to move the tick to the other channel (eg. move from CH1 to CH 18) ?

Connected two set of AV cables to LCD TV

a) HDMI cable from B.yond to HDMI input at LCD
b) Component cable from B.yond to LCD

Tested both HDMI and component, IMO, watching SD with HDMI is on par or slight better than component, will keep component as option.

crap getting copy protection failed..what is this...n/mind fixed already after shut off the decoder and on back, now i choose ok for channel 18 measat 3a, can get full bar

It is true that LNB will be in high frequency when HD channel is selected, in fact, the LNB will be in high frequency even when the HD decoder is in standby mode !
So, whenever I want to switch to old decoder, I will tune to SD channel in HD decoder.
Now I don't have to plug and unplug the connection anymore.

At last u got byond already . My T&C on 18 dec and still waiting until now.
How many person here wait more than 20 days to get byond?

they have to ship from kl to sabah thn have to pass to my area's astro installer ..thn only can install
that's why it takes so long
but weirdly they didn't take away anything...i get to keep all...dn't know later they will take it away or not
