Called CS on Sat. This morning Astro called for T&C, and promised installer will contact between 2-3 days. And Byond will be up and running within 10 days. Let's see if they can keep to their promise.....

got mine done in 4 days,.. really puas hati lah... need to ask ... anyone know exactly when in january will we get espn hd?...

Wah... They promised you only 2-3 days only... As for myself the promised within 10 days.... Now already passed my day number 5...

mine already passed 7 days...still no call...wth

just got mine installed. submit online form last thursday. just take 5 days, lucky me.

they install a new dish but when i look closely it is the exact same dish model. i ask him and he say it is the same.

Hello there.

Astro Installer will install the beyond at my house 6.00pm today. Cant wait to go back home from the office at 5.30pm! I just want to ask that am i able to watch the HD channels as soon as the installation process complete? Or should i wait for 24 hours more before the service is available? Like 1st Astro installation last time. I hope i will be able to watch the HD channels as soon as tonite tho

for my case, it took one hour...before that it keep saying smart card not activated yet.

the picture quality is superb but unfortunately i only have 2 hd channel - history and n.graphic.

Thank you for the info Wunan. Wah still have to wait meh? Hmm i hope the longest i have to wait os one hour tho. Really tak sabar dh!!

change the parabola thing ... 30 minutes
decoder ... about 10 minutes
get to watch hd chanel... about 10 minutes afterwards

Mine around 15 minutes.. The activation code is send through the satellite.. If no queue than it will be earlier.
