Hello DiGi users, have you guys ever experienced calling someone, but there is no ringtone, then after a few seconds, the phone displays 'no answer'? And no ringing on the receiver's side... I've been having that quite frequently recently...

People say DiGi has the best CS among telcos in Malaysia. I guess this is before MNP. After MNP was introduced and I jumped from Maxis to DiGi, I realised the OCS don't know their products well and sometimes change their statements after I ask a few more times. It's scary, man...

My wife using main line, me using supplementary line. Since I'm paying the bills, we figured we'd change the ownership to my name, so any changes in call plans, MNP, etc in the future, we don't need her presence. Today went to DiGi 1Utama, told the counter we want to change ownership, the girl told us, "please come back on Monday". I asked why, she said changing ownership involves terminating the account, recycling the number, then registering the number again. We got fed up and left.

So, I'm curious:
1) why Monday?
2) how long does the whole damn process take?

Does anybody else have problems with DChat using Google Chrome? I do - when I press 't', nothing comes out. So I either chat using capital T or have no Ts.

Can Prepaid be supp line to DG Smart Plan? OCS says yes, Digi counter says no.

HTC Legend up-front payment, OCS says RM999 + RM68 + RM500, Digi counter says RM999 + RM500.

Digi is really getting on my nerves.

I don't understand either, it's like they want to hold on to as much of your money as possible. Anyway, got the Legend yesterday, it was device price + advance payment... don't have the additional 1st month's fee. SohoKL.

I asked Digi SohoKL if prepaid can be a supp line of DG Smart Plan. I was told cannot. OCS says can. What can I do?
