Not to make a big fuss of the round / square lens but people who have reported gaps in the dpad is round or square? Maybe can analyse whether is it influenced by the phone batch..

No, yours still not as big as mine...
Added on January 1, 2010, 12:16 amOh regarding bout the square or circle lens... I'm not very sure. I saw the demo model at one utama (white), it came with round lens, but the D-pad was fixed nicely. This post has been edited by Zepx: Jan 1 2010, 12:16 AM |

BingYao, you mean clock when it's locked/power saver mode? I thought it's normal to have it there... mine always show the clock during power saver mode... the menu light even blink at certain intervals.

The menu light blink is called 'breathing light' can be switched off in the settings. I switched mine off cause I find it useless..
The clocked when power saving is like dots dots one. You can show a larger time when you hold the dpad when the key is lock. Just like in the second pix.. |

QUOTE(BingYao @ Dec 30 2009, 11:22 AM) Congrats fishmango!! Recommend 2 battery utilities software. thanks bingyoa. Will try those.Capree ION Batter Timer (bro KnY found this) very nice interface and colour.. It adds a plugin to ur standby screen to tell you the remaining battery time. Very accurate timer after few charging cycles cause the software use its own algorithm to calculated the battery remaining time.. Very nice 'power save' aka screen saver included. (i notice it doesnt disappear after some time though, not good for battery better not activate) can pm me if looking for special version.. Next is Nokia Energy Profiler. Read more here. Nokia Energy Profile Download Link Nice feature is the remaining battery voltage. I read about the latest version of Garmin XT creates a background process and remain on even after you close the app. Anyone have further details? The only way to terminate it is to use KillMe or similar apps. |

Ya..the clock during power saver mode will disappear directly when you press any key. That's why I could not find any usage of it. I was kind of disappointed initially as my previous SE phones can show the clock just by pressing the volume key during standby mode. But now Bing Yao has found that way. |

Just like in the second pix.. the clock when in power saving mode can change. You have to change it from Animation to Date/Time... then you will always see clock and time during power saving mode.. but I think when in power saving mode, the lights are not bright enough for you to see. |
