my N86 has a version of 11.043, and i tried to update my firmware, i connected my phone to my pc through usb cable, then i open NSU, then it found new firmware available, then i continue, but when there came out "Updating software. Please wait" then this came out: For optimum connectivity, your USB cable should be connected directly to the PC and not via a USB hub, USB keyboard or latop docking station. but my phone is connected to the motherboard usb port. i tried to reinstall NSU but still same. And another problem is, when i tried to change my ringtone, there will only this option: Off. all profiles are same. what can i do? please help me. i dont know whether am i posting wrong place, but i really need help. if i posted in wrong place, please kindly tell me. thanks in advance.

i factory reset my n86 today, then i tried to update through nsu, there still occurs the same problem, then i tried to update my firmware through FOTA, after it download finished, the hp restarted, after that, my screen display mentioned phone is not updated. what can i do? please help me. thanks

Try to check, menu>tool>device manager, is it really ur phone not updated yet.......

yup, i checked, my version is v11, so my phone is not updated yet, when i start NSU, it required me to update the version of the NSU, or else i cant continue, so i am sure that my NSU is the latest version, anymore suggestion? please help

i tried to update through ovi, but after i connect my phone, it popup something that ask me want to update my firmware or not, then i clicked yes, then it run NSU again, then the same problem occured.
