maybe you have wrong perception on CKD. The performance will be the same, because no matter CKD and CBU, the engine the same. KIA doesn't manufacture the car here, they are just assemble the parts, such as tyre, doors, etc.

In terms of the quality, KIA Malaysia has very huge assurance that it will be under control, no matter where the car is assembled.

If you refers to KM's reply on FB, they are saying downgrading Rims / changing wheel sizes voided warranty and asking which SA / Which branch claims such statement. So, you decides to trust your SA or person behind KM FB.

Yes I know just assembled parts all is same, but the problem is Japan or Korea assembled and Malaysia assembled you believe will come out same quality, sorry I don't trust it ... (Malaysia Boleh --- you wait larrrrr) 

If the car is assembled by Toyota or Honda Malaysia I still can believe and accept it, but Naza ... hahaha them have very damn hell good history ...
For you who wanted choose and buy CKD? and who wanted buy CBU ...
You more believe Made In Korea or Made In Malaysia ...

NAZA assembled part is only door panel & tyre as far i know....so if u do tinted also they remove ur door panel right & install back the door panel right???correct me if i'm wrong...

Spot the poison    ... bought the ash tray from http://www.kspec.com/ (please prepare to be poisoned if you click on the link hehehe) and also added the non slip mat at the ipod/charger compartment (thanks for bbear's advice, i put a plastic below the non slip mat just in case it sticks on it and leaves marks later) and lastly the custom cut car mat



Bought the door pockets from the same online shop (cheapest online) and sprayed it with matt black spray (the original colour was very bright silver that doesn't match the interior, unless u like blig blig colours  )


As I have taken a few photos on spraying the door pockets, if anyone is interested, i will come up with the DIY instructions ... i thought it was easy, but a few things to take note as the pockets can easily fall and you need to use sandpaper (1200) to smoothen the defective paint.

What a groups of parts them install and assembled I am not sure, but Naza have damn hell good assembled for Naza Kia Spectra ...

All people also know the parts is direct import, but Naza also can make the gearbox get a lot issue and problem (search from internet http://www.motortrader.com.my/asp/forum/to...89&whichpage=4) ...

Brother, this is 80k not 8k ... some more all people also don't how high for second hand market value and SC can handle this type high tech. car or not (I hear some SC basic and traditional car also repair have a lot problem and complain) ...
But I am very like this Kia Forte, but I will just look for CBU, if CKD I better switch buy Japanese car more safe $$$ and time ...

Bro, No offense... I been follow the thread all the while.
When i saw ur 1st post question regards the CBU & CKD issue, and now u still question the "NO ANSWER" question.
The Forte is new in Msia, no even one owner hope the car will give the problem, be faithful with Forte~
If the CBU and CKD from NAZA really make you loss of confident with Forte, then you better forget about this car and look for the sushi car....
Cos most of the ppl will think sushi car makers have the best in assembly....
Try to ask urself, are you faith enough with Forte and ready to be a Forter?
If the answer is YES~ then go ahead to be forter.....
If ur answer is NO, then go for sushi car....but not kimchi @ Pug308....

Maybe you can call to ask if the one at Puchong and Ampang also offers some packages. Since the banner I saw is only for some protons, not sure what are the prices for other cars.
