easier approval

and quite short (shortest is sc) locking period as well - which is 2 years after delivery

it is more secure that your loan approve only sign the s&p. If your loan not approve after sign the s&p and have stamping. They will deduct 1% from your purchase price. Anyway is this your first property, if your are not high commiment the loan should not be a problem.

Hi guys,

quick noob question.

i/ I am confuse now about the legal fees that we need to pay, i understand the snp legal fee will covered by developer. This is true right?

ii/ Now, the other side of legal fees that we need to pay is the bank legal fees. UOB told me that they will not charge any on us including the transaction fees. What exact the legal fee on myside that need to pay?

Actually 1120 pa is to be my second property. The problem is i am self employed but dont have yearly income tax statment. So banks dont want to proceed my loan. They said my income is okay but I dont have completed document to entitle me for application (tax) plus i have alrready had a commitmen. Last time before i booked my unit all the banker said ok no problemo and now another story.

Based on the rental market around there is price Without furnish

Sri Manja Court = RM 850
Zamrud Apartment = RM950
Sri Jati = RM 800
Pearl Point = RM 1000
