Guys,

I find this at "http://mytotallyproperty.com/blog1/?p=722"

Hopefully it will boast up a little on the rental in park avenue 1120 in 3 years down the road.

Based on the rental market around there is price Without furnish

Sri Manja Court = RM 850
Zamrud Apartment = RM950
Sri Jati = RM 800
Pearl Point = RM 1000
*
looks very good. rclxms.gif

Meaning no need to worry for the repayment.

Genuine question,

Would the influx of 1120 units having an effect to soften or strengthen the position?

I bgt because work in Bangsar. now renting in jalan ipoh. the dev really full of generosity, with the free interest and rebate we no need to worry about the appreciation.

Hi WINLEE,

my unit is B5-1X-0X

I submitted to OCBC and HSBC.
HSBC's are as good as OCBC but only need a RM10 per month to maintain the loan acc after our so called "no hassle 3 yrs". Meaning that no chargers within this 3 years and charge u after that until end of ur loan.

Good is that u can bank in and withdraw without any write in .. but OCBC need u to fill up a form and leap time is 2 to 3 days.... and can do in all branches, unless local bank which need u to do it at the branch u apply for loan.

At first i was thinking of HSBC but OCBC came in halfway.. and the offer is as good... no harm consider another one..

SC loan is more for investor to consider.. if u are going for own stay.. forget bout that.. bank in extra and withdraw need write in or phone call..

HOPE THIS HELP U IN MAKING DECISION..

Thanks NSD. I aso consider HSBC more that OCBC due to the withdraw without any write in. But OCBC very efficient with 1 /2 day they had already reply me MRTA quotation and inform me had already send in for approval. Until today HSBC still not yet give any response, which i feel a bit slow.

Hey guys, no doubt forum is used to share open opinions, facts, findings, and PoV from different perspectives, but there's really NO need for sarcasm and anger.

There's always 2 sides for property evaluation, and different individual has different priority, so u just need to be wise to reference all the views from the forum, NO need to hurt others' feelings.

I think it's a good long-term bet, as the area has great accessibility to KL and PJ. It'll just take awhile for the surrounding area to be developed, so if you have holding power than by all means consider it smile.gif

Just my 2 cents

Added on January 21, 2010, 7:01 pmAnyway here's the latest ad for 1120 park avenue in case you all missed it.

Btw, I'm not from the developer...hahah. I'm just a property enthusiast smile.gif
