According to de banker, puchaser have to pay lum sum for the MRTA,the bank is not allow MRTA to be finance inside the housing loan. This is to reduce the amount on interest that developer have to pay during construction. So phase 1 buyer is a bit lucky..hehe

we need coordination here

which one to follow
create a new website --> KChan
create a facebook page --> king
another option?

pls remember, we need to be inclusive to be strong, not exclusive
as we in lynet also not quite a number

simple voting on . . .

Why is creating an account for park avenue? What i mention on facebook is samething like forum but at facebook is so call GROUP..We create a Park Avenue at facebook and for those who already have a facebook account can just join in to the group..And if you guys want TT session and facebook also can do a schedule time.I think is quite easy to use it..some more have this chat room whenever member login and we can straight to get an answer by chat online..No need like forum we have to post an questions and waiting for reply..All this is just my opinion.(sharing only).Last decision is depend on the moderator..smile.gif

Deric, forget about it. Graneon will be the boss here. He will contribute the most to the 1120PA for sure.

Graneon, mind you show some of your plan on how to contribute to the community?
*
Is Graneon also is one of the buyer? As for me forum is hard to post thinng like photo or url.For those user(newbie) may not know how to post a photo or link because is quite complicated like have to put {url]xxx[/url].. rclxub.gif So i found facebook group is more easy.

King4891 is you feel free just join the group and find out yourself the group that i created.. icon_rolleyes.gif

Yea, i know there is 14 days to sign SNP together with bank loan approval. My question is how many days HSBC will take to approve so i can make it within the 14 days. Since i only apply one bank loan, i am worry if this bank takes too long to process and i guess i should try another bank for backup.

Thanks for your kind reply  smile.gif
*
Why dont you apply those 4 panel from the developer? Is better to apply all then you can do compare when the bank approved your loan. Those bank told me 5 working days for the approval and they just help me submit on monday so i think mine should be by this week will know which bank i will choose.

Yes the clerk from henry and co send me the soft copy of SnP for me to study before signing. But u have to chase them to send u the email, because they will just delay it.So don`t b shy to chase them, this is our customer right..hehe.In two days time i rang to henry and co more than 5 times, just for the soft copy of SnP.but finally they email me the soft copy.
*
Will the S&P is same? But my lawyer is not henry and Co.Can you send a copy to me?you're phase 2 buyer right? notworthy.gif

Only one thing they are not stated in the agreement is 2"x2" tiles. smile.gif The rest of the promise itemise stated clearly in the agreement.

FYI, I forgot schedule what. The standard agreement govern by government. The agreement cannot change a single word or else will be void. So very safe to sign without read.  tongue.gif

Because of the standard set by government, the developer cannot add in all the promises and terms that's why need to come out another agreement. This agreement must read every single words. No hanky panky found on my agreement. smile.gif
*
Like you said the 2"x2" tiles i snot stated in the agreement so how can confirm when the condo completed and we will get the 2"x2" tiles?

Thanks NSD. I aso consider HSBC more that OCBC due to the withdraw without any write in. But OCBC very efficient with 1 /2 day they had already reply me MRTA quotation and inform me had already send in for approval. Until today HSBC still not yet give any response, which i feel a bit slow.
*
Hi winlee,as what i understanding is OCBC you have to write in for withdrawer but they are no maintainance fees. But HSBC did have maintainance fees for rm10 per month..So both of them got bad or good lorrr..Only decide when you have all the offer letter then only can compare..(correct me if im wrong)

Hey guys, no doubt forum is used to share open opinions, facts, findings, and PoV from different perspectives, but there's really NO need for sarcasm and anger.

There's always 2 sides for property evaluation, and different individual has different priority, so u just need to be wise to reference all the views from the forum, NO need to hurt others' feelings.
*
I AGREED!!! rclxms.gif javascript:emoticon('')

RM10 per month?
That is RM120 a year.
Please do the math. There is really no gain using HSBC loan
*
I agreed with you 106127.That's means you have to pay the maintanance fees rm120 a years for the whole tenure..
