QUOTE(deric1979 @ Jan 20 2010, 08:52 AM) Why is creating an account for park avenue? What i mention on facebook is samething like forum but at facebook is so call GROUP..We create a Park Avenue at facebook and for those who already have a facebook account can just join in to the group..And if you guys want TT session and facebook also can do a schedule time.I think is quite easy to use it..some more have this chat room whenever member login and we can straight to get an answer by chat online..No need like forum we have to post an questions and waiting for reply..All this is just my opinion.(sharing only).Last decision is depend on the moderator.. Deric, forget about it. Graneon will be the boss here. He will contribute the most to the 1120PA for sure.Graneon, mind you show some of your plan on how to contribute to the community? |

QUOTE(haryzat @ Jan 20 2010, 02:49 PM) hye all, mine is s1 type tower 4 level 8.. the price 214k... any comment? My own opinion is include your legal fee into the bank loan and take MLTA which monthly about RM150 for 200k if your age under 30. You can choose when you want to buy the MLTA. JFYI, although the property not yet completed but the MLTA start to protect you once you bought it.i still not yet submit my loan application.. I really have limited cash right now. so any advise for MRTA and Legal Fee for bank which i should choose.. ? But bear in mind that legal fee will not have discount if included in your loan. Purchase new property normaly use back the same lawyer that's why we can ask for discount. Henry & Lim have 40% discount. I'm phase 1 buyer so that my loan information may differ from phase 2. You may get better rate due to price different. Congratulation bro. |

Yes, you have right to request to have a copy to read first. But you still have to read again when you are there to sign because you won't know the copy is the same or not. QUOTE(king4891 @ Jan 20 2010, 04:35 PM) Yes, you have right to request to have a copy to read first. Yea, i know there is 14 days to sign SNP together with bank loan approval. My question is how many days HSBC will take to approve so i can make it within the 14 days. Since i only apply one bank loan, i am worry if this bank takes too long to process and i guess i should try another bank for backup. But you still have to read again when you are there to sign because you won't know the copy is the same or not. Only one thing they are not stated in the agreement is 2"x2" tiles. FYI, I forgot schedule what. The standard agreement govern by government. The agreement cannot change a single word or else will be void. So very safe to sign without read. Because of the standard set by government, the developer cannot add in all the promises and terms that's why need to come out another agreement. This agreement must read every single words. No hanky panky found on my agreement. |

I bought it on 15/12/09 and 20/12/09 I heard 100% sold out. When I bought there are left only 20 units. So when I call the panel bank representative which I got it from the showroom. They tell me too many application need to process. But they will help you to pass up too. In this case, your apps will be delay.HSBC only join as panel in phase 2 so I think nobody can tell you how fast they are. UOB sure you will get in 1 week.
