Did you fix it urself? I went to the management they said they will contact their contractor to check the problem. If found is their problem they will fix it without i pay anything.
*
Sorry didn't notice the reply. Yes fixed it myself since I'm a tenant and the darn landlord don't wanna pay the darn cost + warranty for block A ady over. Lousy and low quality job by YTL, never trust them anymore.

Hi guys, Unifi is introducing 30Mbps at lower price.
Is that any poasibility we able to sign this package coz we will.only have our Unifi in about Jun'15. Hope by that time ww able to sigb this package instead of 5-20Mbps... nowadays every1 has mobile phone. Fixed line phone service not really a must ald

It seems like you can "seamlessly upgrade" to the 30 mbps package eventually.

http://www.lowyat.net/2015/04/existing-uni...age-eventually/

Don't know if you've all noted, but there's a new 10 mpbs package out this July. It's priced at RM 189.74 which is cheaper than the current VIP 10 at RM 210.94. Not sure how it's gonna work if we sign up for the more expensive one in July. The guy I asked at the unifi booth next to the pool had no idea there was a new package coming out.

if you sign up for VIP10, eventually it will be converted to the cheaper package.

however, that is not applicable to those who sign up for hyppTV packs/premium channels.

Most probably water leaking from outer wall. You need to get someone to look at the walls outside. Happen to my unit and I'm very very displeased with the quality. They are also using cheap wood which will disintegrate easily under damp condition. Try removing the wood and start digging into the wall, you will even find polystyrene and wet sand. I've lost faith in anything YTL build now, cutting cost at every corner.
*
Agreed.. nowadays branded not equal to quality. All money minded cut cost. Some people rush to buy those goods become victim lo. Branded not necessary good.

residents voted in favour of using maintenance surplus to conceal the common area cabling. (option 2)

cabling in the riser room halted due to YTL's YES equipment blocking the installation of cable tray. YTL has been engaged but they are being uncooperative.

tentative date of service availability pushed back to July.

Did any of you guys know why is the management changing all common areas lights to cool white instead from the original warm white?

I personally felt extremely troubled & offended by such action. The landscape is like a public park & lobby/corridor no different than a low cost flat…

In short, they're making the building EXTREMELY UGLY!

Looks like more and more car will be parking at the road side soon it will be more once the mf2 is up

I'm with the favor of mopping the floor just like how we treat our interior floor than washing it. It's just dust afterall…

Maybe we can raise this in future AGM, that we'll install it ourself?

Block C, Level 11, 1 of the unit.

You should be ashamed of yourself. How can u hang your clothes like that. Worse than hanging in the balcony. Don't make our place a low class condo. C

Don't understand why no action by the management.

Haha...what do you expect then? It happens everywhere regardless of what class of a condo.

You should go to that unit and knock the door and tell them face to face. Management couldn't tackle so many issues at once and the list keep stacking up....priority comes first isn't it? If those matters that we as residents can help, why not give it a try...help the community out smile.gif

by the way, Midfields management still under ytl or did you guys already engaged another company?
