My friend was leaving visitor parking just now about 10pm. And he saw a chinese guy at visitor parking looking cars by cars and copy the car plate without security guard dress code.

I called to security and checked with them, they said got no such arrangemeny. And then will arrange a guard have a look.

I realize sometimes some 'unknown(not famaliar)' car without car sticker parking at non visitor parking too. Hope the security can really take serious actions to monitor and clamp the cars without car stickers or taking visitor pass.

This is not to create trouble to residence without putting their stickers. This is for security consideration. Coz sometimes some lady driver / wife or ppl walking alone at parking.

Just checked with the Midfields management office on the latest update for Unifi and they say that they are still in the midst of calculating the cost. Unifi may be available earliest next year but they did not specifically say when. I guess this issue will continue to drag on for quite awhile more.

Anyway, kudos to those who have made the initiative to make this thing happen. Lets hope more and more Midfields residents get on board with this.

Costing still in calculation. And will need all owners to decide on jan'2015 AGM. Coz need to discuss and figure out how and where? the installation fund will coming out.
So by end of this year can't have Unifi.... =\

hi thanks for your reply. I see.. if its confirmed on 1Q of 2015 i feel like waiting for unifi to be in rather than get myself tied to the YES contract :-/

Hey Guys...there is a new coffee shop that have just started business recently at the commercial block. Same row as the clinic....

Did everyone noticed the new fence currently being installed on the wall parameter? It's good to see improvements....

Maxis is pretty ok if you're on the higher floors, LTE can get about 10Mbps but again it's the limited quota that put me off

Am using maxis LTE via mifi. So far so good.

Can achieve 7-8MB at low floor, block A on a good day. Indeed, limited quota sucks
