BTW, on communication again. I've recently moved in & struggled terrible bad with Maxis' mobile indoor reception quality. Filed a complaint & received technical department call today telling me that the reception in our area is just marginal in general & not surprise it's worse indoor yet no future plan in adding more tower just yet. Only thing they could do is monitor for future complaint before action taken....sigh

I experienced the same! Noticed its more prevalent at night or past midnight only. I actually attempted to check out the unit above mine to give a friendly reminder or see if got kids playing marbles only to realized that unit is actually vacant.. 

Scientific explanation which I find acceptable:  pipes that expands and contracts during the day due to sudden temperature change. 

I used to get that a lot from my previous home but I just ignored it. Been living there for 10 odd years, no actual harm than some annoyance during one of those sleepless nights.

On the other hand, any of you are using Astro Byond PVR? I contacted the Astro agent posted on notice board & they told me it cost me RM680 to fully enjoy services for Astro package I've subscribed to as currently I can't watch any HD channel with standard installation done by another Astro agent.

Also, I'm currently suffering from waterproofing failure at unit above me which to date no action taken, it's rotting my bathroom ceiling away. Anyone else have such problem?

I check with Maxis, once our condo fiber optic is ready. We can also sign up with Maxis home fiber. Is that any problem if we sign up with Maxis?
I mean TM mayb dun install fiber optic for my unit...?

whats the update on unifi? Saw there is a tm terminal panel on the wall at the entrance of my unit. i see that every unit has this.

That sounds like bullshit to me after I've personally asked the TM contractor. Can't possibly finish before Raya. Either the UniFi agent/installer/whatever is selling crap like a professional or the TM contractor is not professional enough to estimate a correct timing. It's 1 July now and do you see the cables outside your door being connected?  At least those in my block aren't connected yet and judging by how "fast" they do things, July is most probably out of the picture.

Tm unifi is finally here! I receive both sms and email from tm unifi in regard to the confirmation of installation date etc

mine is using the standard installation without protector. rather than pull the cable to tv side, i pull it to just next to the main door entrance,which is near to kitchen.

I upgrade frm VIP 5 to 30mbps,
