Dear all mf resident, i had just replaced my living room a/c this morning and i notice a big joke from our lovely developer.
The a/c drainage piping was an at least 1.5"-2" water piping!!! My question was, does we really running on a 10hp a/c at the living room? This big piping will cause alots of problem to us later, eg, water leakage. Any how, please do check the two FOC a/c as well. Please make sure there are no gas or water leakage. The one I having at my unit is having gas leakage but end up by filling up the tank only by the maintance. Not sure where is the leakage, as I contacted our maintenance guy. His answer was ridiculous. Him: "If you did not open up the thing we still can figure out where is the problem occurs." Me: "If I din open up, how I know there is a leakage." Him: Repeating the same things again and again... |

QUOTE(munkit @ Oct 13 2013, 02:03 PM) I wonder if anyone would like to start spamming letters or emails to the management to have unifi in this condo? it really depends on tm or any other telco willing to invent on the infrastructure for fibre or notfrom what I understand, the infrastructure will cost >1M for mf size. and also it will be very ugly to expose all the fibre wire from entrance till tv rack. I think abnxcess is a solution for us if they willing to enter mf since it will not change the internal infrastructure. |

QUOTE(shashinsya @ Nov 19 2013, 02:02 PM) Maybe ABN Xcess can provide internet service to MF1 residents? I had call ABN to enter mf but they say no plan for it yet.Cheap and fast and they are aggresively expending. They use different kind of cables from what i understand. "Better known as ABN Cable Network, it uses a single network consisting of Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (HFC) and Fibre-Optic Cables capable of distributing a large data directly into an entire neighbourhood" Might take P1 BizPlan 5mbps @ RM199 with voice call. Wondering how was the stability only. http://www.p1.com.my/forbiz/?focus=plans |

QUOTE(tonyhou10 @ Nov 26 2013, 02:30 PM) When my old condo started to revamp to new system on the access card they just add a device inside the lift so everytime you need to scan your card before you can press the floor level and you only can press the floor level that already set in your card. 3 tier security is a better solution. If I remember correctly when they implement this feature no new access card is given just use back the old access card because they said the access card already set which floor you stayed when you collect your card last time. I think our current access card inside already have the details of our unit. but i hope to have rfid long range detector too (work as smart tag, do not have to open window). we will get wet even inside the car during rainy days when touching access card at guard house. anyone still facing the problem that only could exit at the entrance you enter? wondering why my card only could enter and exit at particular lane only. |

QUOTE(SuperKL2020 @ Dec 6 2013, 05:25 PM) The management always looked like they are overworked and understaffed.. I went to complain that my upper unit always throwing ciggie butts, up to now still no actions yet.. My upper unit also throwing these down from balcony. If was so dangerous if they are flammable material at the balcony (eg, cloth or shirt). I think JMC should put up one notice for all smokers not to throw their cigarettes into the balcony. Besides, I'm quite pity with my lower unit not only because of the cigarettes, also lots of rubbish. (Soft drink cans, nail clipper, under garment, wrappers, etc.) |
