Just bought one unit at B2 facing shops, Master bedroom facing swimming pool.

Well, if not mistake every block have one.. Block A, B, C as i was walking to park car i see those student all walking from All the blocks to the guard house.

Buses will come around 7.45-8.30am, my block(B2) can see them just move in yesterday (each room have 2 Double DECKER BEDROOM) OMG!!!  

Is really really annoy , yes planning to later.

hey guys...
just to share a struggle i had with the lift in Block B2 (not just once!) . the lift door wont close for few minutes and when I tried to communicate to someone via the intercom, one guy asked me the same question on what is happening over and over again. tired of waiting for useless response, i went down using the stairs. (apparently the other lift wont go up if there is a lift serving on the same floor). This guy that entertained me doesn't converse English or Malay well. I can't imagine if it is emergency case when people stuck in the lift or pregnant lady is in emergency situation. I will submit my disappointment later to the management..not just because the condition of the lift but also to ask them to put somebody that can understand our languages well, thus can solve the problem. i would like also to suggest in next MBJ for management office to open in weekend...at least on Saturday...and if not in full capacity at least one or two staff to operate like other condo do..I recall the management told me that the maintenance guy/technician is working on Saturday but it is possible to contact them on Saturday because the management office is close on weekends. irony isn't it?
