Do you throw away left over paint? I don’t. I try to save some for touch ups later in the future. Problem is the old paint cans don’t seal well after a few times opening and closing the lid.
I found some plastic jerry cans with an air tight cap and cover. They come in a few sizes. I bought the 2 liter ones which I think is enough. These cost me RM6.25 each at Ace Hardware

Too big leh. Mostly leftover paint for my case is less than a liter.

Mostly I use ICI paint. ICI now come with plastic can and a small top cover to open. Very handy and open/close hundred time without problem. No rust if store long too.

Every paint brand should change the tin can to plastic can. Don't understand why still pack in tin can.

I got to throw away many of the left over paint that I store many yrs. All due to rust of the can.

The last paint I buy is nippon which still using tin can.

So far only ICI I see it using plastic can.

Is you are comparing the same grade of paint, there is not much different between ICI and Nippon.
You can have a look at off white series. There are many variants of white colour.

Brilliant white seems to appear yellowish over time easier. Is it true?

Use sponge instead of brush on corners and edge
The look will be consistent with the rollers you used on the main surface

hi all masters,

need to repaint my house plaster ceiling and walls

my house plaster ceiling got abit yellowish, should have 10 years old already after pasang plaster ceiling.
1) what paint should I use to repaint the plaster ceiling?

my whole house walls just got apply the "ASG 3 in 1 stopping compound", silky smooth and white.
next is to paint. Need to put sealer first right? any recommendation steps to paint the walls?
