For painting i use:


For pearl paint : KCC Korevon - Silk price range from RM85- 95 depends on colour chosen
KCC supro vinyl glow RM 75 - RM85 depends on colour chosen
(with added fragrance nice apple smell)

For normal emulsion paint : KCC koreton-plus RM 32 per 7litre & RM63 for 18 litre,
toa supertech RM 30 7litre,
ici maxilite RM70 18 litre,
nippon matex RM 33 7litre

For wood and metal : KCC koramel RM 95 5litre

For wall sealer : KCC supro wall sealer 100 : RM 135 18 litre

For exterior : nippon weatherbond advance RM 120 5 litre

For wood varnish : toa woodstain RM95 5litre and kcc wood varnish RM 95 5 litre

Really recommeded kcc pearl paint no regret. Good quality.

5-6K should sound OK included external wall?
Mine 1 is cost 2.6K for internal wall....so i believe paint need another 1.5K.

Shiny Pearl paint can wash easier than matt, but if ur wall in not even, the pearl paint can make ur wall looks uneven very obvious while matt can let the wall not look so uneven... mostly chinese ppl choose matt more, malay and indian choose pearl more... feel free to look for me at SIN TUCK WOH HARDWARE PJ SDN. Added on July 15, 2011, 2:02 amfor odour-less and spot-less, actually all colour is using computer mixed, so actually all different colours have different prices, but roughly the spot-less price is at RM105 and odour-less is RM125.
