activated chrcoal is really cheap.. rm5 can get d

Activated bamboo charcoal on the other hand is way more expensive LOL..

I just remembered, you wont have to remove if it is activated bamboo charcoal.. it serves as housing for bacteria after the absorbing power is used up.

i want liao... yesterday did WC for my shrimp tank... this morning 1 CRS die again...

crs? expensive death!! adoi!! its quite hard to maintain good water quality.. T.T

just got some sakura shrimp today.. 1 mother got eggs hope it works out well.. my tank got sakura shrimps and cherries! =D slowly growing

Alamak..made me think twice about keeping them. Guess I have to stick to RCS or maybe sakura and learn how to keep them alive first.

CRS damn sensitive to water parameters...

mm....could it be temperature fluctuation?

i'm not sure... seems like only 1 death... not massive death...

If its not a massive death. nothing you should worry too much about.. shrimps age too u know

Hi guys. I am wondering will this type of prefilter be good enough to prevent shrimplet from getting into the filter. It came with the HOB.

not really.. .sponge wound be the best.. just around rm8 for the large size.. small i think around rm5.

but i using such filter for my shrimp tank wor... can see baby shrimp sitting on the filter some more.. haha..
