i interested in the 50 precent discount on the 2nd month and third mouth, how bout 1st month? and can i cancel on the 4th month since no more discount?

Hi, I just got my P1 Wimax RM99/month package. Activated it, configured it on Wimax Mobile Station to change my SSID and WEP. My laptop works well and connected just nice. But it doesn't work on my iPhone. It detected my network, but "unable to join". What could have happened?

Both laptop and iPhone worked fine before I configure, i.e. change SSID & WEP.

Hope to get your reply soon.

p1 really incredible . im IMPRESSED my quota havent finish and i got 1 to 9 % of 1.2mbps . LOL . download a flash video with speed 500b/s blink.gif alright so now comfirm fup speed will become 128/100kbps? time to subcribe to tmnet while waiting my p1 contract end .

Yup, I'm using Home Pro package should be 30720MB, but when I login to my account, only 30000MB. mad.gif

P1 smsed me:
23/03/11 10:30hrs
Temporary P1 4G service interruption.
Your area may experience limited service .
We are working to restore service to normal soonest

Hopefully can get connection back by tonight

so they reduced throttle speed to 100kbps. a very stupid move. i ve been a proud user from before, never hv problem with this service until they reduce the throttle speed . its lame and deceiving, all because to push customer to buy extra quota, (which is expensive)

better change to tmnet, im now filling my unifi application


kindly note, i cant even browsing selfcare with that slow throttled speed!

if you really honest with your business, put your reduce 100kbps speed at your ads/promotion too! let see how many ppl will subscribe to your service, now ppl still think throttled speed is 400kbps. Ur ads/promotion just misleading in so many place.

1. Throttle torrent speed and limit peer connection.(i cant connect more than 10 seed on utorrent)

2. increase the internet speed to 4.8Mbps and it wont goes above 3Mbps for most user .

3.Decrease the throttle speed to 128/100Kbps and actually they just decrease the download speed and the upload speed remain the same most of my speed test i get 300-400Kbps

4.Extreme limited or no connection at all during night .No matter your quota is finish or haven't

5.Increased Useless solution on email feedback for my complaint.

ive been using Home Plus for 1 yr+, previously was on streamyx and believe me, the highest ever speed i got for the streamyx 1mbps plan was 0.14kbps on speedtest. so when p1 delivered 1mbps +-, i was happy, then a couple days back, upgraded to home pro, and the speed remained unchanged!! still 1mbps+-! even though my account profile is saying Home Pro, the speed is still that of home plus. so very pissed off and kept calling the careline, which nobody ever picks up. but suddenly, late last night until now, ive consistently been getting 4-6mbps on various asian servers, fastest i ever had in msia. i tink it probably depends on location and luck. if you are lucky to be in the right place, then their service can be very good, and P0 Voice plan is honestly a steal, 10sen/min to singapore and hong kong. initially wanted to complain badly on this forum, but turned out well for me, hope it stays that way!

but hope the careline improves itself, the careline seriously cannot make it! on a separate issue, when i wanted to enquire about voice plans, i managed to get through once. after being put through their music for 15mins, a nice lady spoke to me, but it was very obvious she doesnt noe anything about their products. after struggling with her for another 10 minutes, when she had to repeatedly go "ask my supervisor", we decided to give up, and she said she will get someone to call me back....haha

lol wait till u finish all ur bandwith. slow like siput. 100kbps only, that is reduced to 0.02times of your plan now. which is stupid. been there done that. i used to be a satisfied customer..

me too i also used to be very very satisfied customer on p1 because i can download torrent at 150kb/s when my speed on 400Kbps LOL biggrin.gif but now cant anymore mad.gif when i download torrent it will disconnect from peer and even cant open google without restart my modem vmad.gif
