Hi , i will reaching my end of contract soon, in june or may,
im currently home plus user

if i upgrade to home pro, will p1 reset my contract for another 24 month? or i can actually continue the 24 month contract? which meant its end on june?

Actually regardless u pay or not ur bill, the FUP data will be reset the same date u first registered for wimax.
For my case, i reg on 18th of the month. so my fup will be reset around 18th, but im usually only pay the bill after 5th of the next month. so usually my fup already used up by that time..

So i dont think u get ur fup reset once u pay ur bill, but not paying only get it accumulate untill ur contract ends.

i dont know whether this true or not. but this is my case apparently.

so they reduced throttle speed to 100kbps. a very stupid move. i ve been a proud user from before, never hv problem with this service until they reduce the throttle speed . its lame and deceiving, all because to push customer to buy extra quota, (which is expensive)

better change to tmnet, im now filling my unifi application


kindly note, i cant even browsing selfcare with that slow throttled speed!

if you really honest with your business, put your reduce 100kbps speed at your ads/promotion too! let see how many ppl will subscribe to your service, now ppl still think throttled speed is 400kbps. Ur ads/promotion just misleading in so many place.

lol wait till u finish all ur bandwith. slow like siput. 100kbps only, that is reduced to 0.02times of your plan now. which is stupid. been there done that. i used to be a satisfied customer..

guess what. already left 1 gig!

guess they really want to compete with Yes in term of consumer money sucking consumption. lol

Yup. complaint to SKMM already, but dont think there is any improvement soon.
im with you, fall for their trick upgraded to pro to enjoy the 4.8 mb speed. at least enjoy for 1 month, then suddenly get speed ~60kbps after throttled. feel very cheated. the least i can do is not paying the next bill. lol. still bound under contract for another 3 months.

they dont put the after throttled speed in their ads, very misleading.

not sure what i did, topup to finish my torrent, a 200mb file only. limit the upload to 10kbps only,my download limit after topup not even reach 1mbps.
1 thing for sure, cant rely on the topup..lol

availyboy , they only give u full speed because its on trial. wait the 2nd month of subscription

i get full speed at my first month upgrade to pro . 4.00 MBPS at least.
now 2nd and about to 3rd month, i only getting less than 1mbps, even my quota is still there.

and take note, once u finish ur quota, ur speed is just like dial up.

the full speed is very stupid considering they already reduce the throttled speed to 100kbps. there shouldnt be any excuse to deliver us full speed while our quota is still there..

not like instigating u, but its the truth. just go to other option, while u still can.
