Even surfing web sites is a chore due to long waits for page to appear. And ever so often, even google takes a long time to load.

Perhaps someone can help with this.

I have also experienced quite the same problem. But for me, it only affecting the utorrent speed. Whereby the speed of browsing the internet, is quite fast (as for me).
Youtube, facebooking, playing games in facebook, email and surfing other forums do not encounter this kind of problem.

My FUP is still within limit (coz of the slow in torrent download, resulting not using much of download).

Anyone having the same problem?

Having call the customer care, but all they told me is that torrent using other's servers, blah2...but not resolved any of the issue.

Oh, for the torrent speed, it only between 8-15 kbps. even during non peak hour, connection speed does not changed. Ive left my pc running 2 days to download the tv series, and I checked, the maximum speed it can go is around 30kbps. That's only for few secs, and after that, falling to 10kbps.

Same goes for me. Right now, the problem for me is that, they didn't note down that i had actually paid for the November bill.

Complain to CFM or SKMM ..I ady potong P1 after they can't resolve my prob anymore..just ask for termination without penalty like my case..just waste ur time bro to keep complaning like this..lol..

i think now the speed is faster after YTL's aggressive campaign

YTL could maintain such a speed becoz users pay as they used.. definitely no high downloaders there.

so yea good news for us getting faster speed now huhu!!

Hi ESeong,

I've just subscribed to PI Wiggy yesterday but I'm unable to connect. Not even once. Each time the modem tries to connect, it will end up as connection failed with the red light blinking. It's the green and white modem by the way and my plan is the RM 89 broadband plan.

Kindly advice me on this. Thank you in advance. =)

Third day of shit from P1. LIKE SAID, their solution never last, shit will repeat again and again either in a gap of a month or 2.
i am gonna give YTL a try soon.

Kindly get your management to call me for cancellation of my subscription, and no i ain't paying a single cent for the penalty.

Even my Digi's 384kbps pwns the crap out of my own P1 connection.

but alwys get 200 or 200++kbs!

hey im alrdy subrcbre p1 for nearly 2 years
and never ever statisfied with ur p1 So cAlled SERVICE

only 4 months earlier is the best moment after dat is HELL!
now im just waiting for my conrct to reach years and gona cut my p1 and throw the shitty device!
