Since when did they throttle our download speed? I've never, ever, experience such thing like this. It depends on the torrent, if the seeders are kind enough, to give all of their bandwith, then you may get a high download speed. I'm sure you know that.

already few weeks for like this speed!
im using for the latest modem why the connection still so slow?
is it all setapak area is like that slow?

why cant change from home plan to super wiggy....i'm a customer...
even its on contract for 2 years...they should listen to customer needs...

if P1 not change my plan...i'll terminate with P1 and turn to unifi...

The Home pro plan is 40GB or 30GB cap? in your website and brochure stated is 30GB cap

I already move my modem slowly and reset my modem, this is the best that I can get :
RSSI: -86.36dBm
CINR: 14.31/11.38(R3/R1)dB
TX power: 24dBm

Still its damn slower than what I subsribe of RM99 per month. Please resolve!
