My internet still damm slow.. Please do something!!!!!! Its not worth pay 99 every month and get sampah connection. Please answer us!

I use the sales chat the rep. said if I want to upgrade my current 1.2mbps (Contract finished) to 2.4mbps, there will be no other charges and not tied to a new contract.. correct?

I now have the DS-300 black modem, if I wanna upgrade to the new White tower modem, anything I have to pay? cause I got an SMS upgrade is FREE

I registered for P1 Wiggy Casual yesterday at Digital Mall section 14th and it really disappointed me.

I live in SS2 and the Wiggy only give me one green bar signal. And undoubtfully the line is very laggy and ping is very high. I need to keep refreshing the webpage even when I'm browsing P1 homepage, nonetheless to say FB game is almost unloadable.

And around 7pm just now there was a rain and my signal totally lost until 10 pm!!! No internet at all. This is totally unacceptable for me.

Now I'm really thinking of returning the modem and get a broadband with better signal. Hope P1 can help me resolve this problem.

don't use your modem right next to or near walls. somehow the signal is weaker that way.

I'm using wiggy mean my modem is plug into my computer and i don't think i'll put my PC in the middle of room blocking everything.

I just called their customer service, they said my area is connected to a pink color base station which is still in testing stage causing the signal to be unstable (they call one bar and no signal as unstable, i call that as crap.....), i checked their website and my house is within coverage, now i start to doubt they intentionally misdirect consumer for mistaking every coverage can get good signal.

when i ask is there any solution, they say after the station is complete it will be fast coz is near my house bla bla bla, but couldn't give me a date.

so what about short term solution? just bear with it. Guess I gonna return the modem to them already

No changes at all.. Still damn slow. Please fix! not just asking either is there any changes. If u dont do anything, of course its still damn slow!

so here's my story instead of question. I'm an existin P1 customer, signd up when I was a student at KTAR KL. Long story short, I'm not in KL for almost a year now ( malacca now ), still payin the bill due to the contract.

so P1 is tryin to promote their 4G add-on package to their exisiting customer, they calld me a few times and I just tell them that I'm not in coverage. Recently another guy calld, told him the same thing that I was in MLK but this time the guy says that there r base stations in MLK and askd for my location. Told him my area and he confirmed that there is a base station for my area. I believe him after double confirmed ( cus I can also see P1 4g banners around my area, I also askd is the coverage map @ P1.com not updated and he said yes ) and took the add-on package.

waitd for quite a while and I received the modem, tried and it just won't connect, 1st thing I suspect is that I'm not in coverage. calld tat guy again to triple confirm, he confirmed again tat the base station exist but this time with a lil more info, tat is the base station is not activated and told me to wait for another week or just terminate this add-on package.

I'm not sayin whos at fault here but I wonder if he realy wouldn't know tat the base station is not active in the 1st place or just tryin to mislead me. yeah I can cancel it off but ill hv to go all the way to KL cus the local resellers here r prty sad, they dun even hv a demo set, let alone handlin account termination.

been 2 weeks now everytime I askd for estimated date of activation they will just reply with duno or very soon. know P1 is expandin but how long I'm still hv to wait ? 3 months ? vmad.gif

28 nov register.i pay 100 n i gt 10gb for usage
14 dec i received 1st bil rm 13*.**
after pay my 1st bil from date 28nov-14dec(17 days)
they did not give me 10gb for ussage
they only give 10GB during registration.
