looks like this isnt the support thread, but the complaints thread for p1. i agree with you all, p1 wimax really sucks! they should invest less in sales and marketing, but more in their internet service and customer service.

i have been with p1 for 1.5 years. it is only the past 6 months it has been terrible. have had 5 case monitorings, 1 technician come over to my house, and many angry phone calls and twitter messages. i am on the $199 plan - where you get NOTHING in return for it!
today i talked to the 'customer service'. i told him my problems, and had to tell him about 10 times over the phone. he hung up on me cos he couldnt answer my questions. so i messaged p1cares (lol) an irate message. he then called me back and still couldnt answer my questions! no apology either, he just said he'd call me back tomorrow. yeah right. another girl who was handling the twitter a few weeks a go was also supposed to call me back.
just given up with them. spending money on p1 is a total waste. so many complaints, still nothing done. they say that my independent speed test is lying. and according to him, my line is excellent quality - despite the fact i cannot even load facebook, twitter, google, gmail, hotmail, etc most of the time - including while i was on the phone talking to him!
stupid man.
stupid me for spending money on p1! so save your money - go with another ISP. even going on dial up is better than going with p1! it would be faster and more stable!
Added on November 24, 2010, 12:01 amoh i should also mention i wanted to test my internet cos p1 did a reset on their end and the internet did work ok for the rest of the hour that i was up (i got it fixed at about 10pm last night).
this morning i went on at 6am when most of KL and Selangor is still asleep. guess what - cannot even get into a website. so frustrating!
guess i will have to see whether someone calls me tomorrow!
